After standing and waiting to be seated for 5 minutes while holding my newborns car seat, someone shouted from the bar to seat yourself. The place was dead. We sat ourselves and waited 20 minutes and never was approached to order drinks. On three occasions staff walked right past our table without even saying hello or "Ill be with you in a minute." One person that walked past was even a manager! Needless to say after about wasting an hr my life, I ended up taking my family to the Cheesecake Factory. To anyone looking for a great dining experience THE ALLEY is not the place for you. The staff clearly is only interested in laughing and mingling with the drunks, instead of treating all guests as important as the bar patrons.

We came here to try a new patio place...atmosphere and patio are nice waitress was nice. I would avoid the sushi; I make that recommendation recognizing now that The Alley is more of a sports bar. The burgers looked good and left me wishing that was what I had ordered....definitely no comparison to Dragon Den Sushi.....beer selection is limited to bland domestics not bad just not my taste. Two starts for bad sushi that was dry old and hard rice left me wanting more...might give it another try and get a burger instead.

The patio great. It didnt have a lot of fan circulation, but youre outside!! That is where it ended though. The beer was cool at best. The service was mediocre. My food was decent, the fries were DELICIOUS, but wifes food was cold the first try, burnt the second try. On a highlight once the waitress eventually came over to check, we were done, but she did at least contact the manager whom took it off the bill. Which was very nice. I would come back, but likely stick to an appetizer and beer t enjoy the live band.

Great food (caprese flatbread is amazing), reasonably priced drinks (madori sour not bad). We were playing pool in the back. It was like the Sahara desert back there due to being next to all the arcade machines. The thermostat, which was right next to us, was set to 81 degrees, and it was 72 degrees outside that night. After pointing this out, our waitress kindly lowered the thermostat to 70 degrees, and problem solved!

Food was OK. The "service" was abysmal. Our waitress was inebriated, couldnt remember our order, and disappeared when our food came up. We watched it sitting in the kitchen for fifteen minutes before she came back, and then proceeded to talk with her coworkers before bringing our meals. The general manager, who was sitting near us, either didnt notice or didnt care. We will never go back to this dump.

Food was beyond terrible. Waitress was sweet, but not attentive (which was hard to excuse because the place was almost dead aside from us) and extremely forgetful. Waited 20 minutes for our check while she chatted casually with her coworker. One of the bartenders had a visit from her young son, who she let run and play atop the bar. Unsanitary. Dissapointing, as this venue has a lot of potential.

Spent a Saturday night here not too long ago. Servers wasnt interested in taking my order since I already ordered at the bar once. Apparently tab are kept by bartender/server - when closing out the bartender asked if my tab was with her (it wasnt). That was weird. There was a cover due to UFC I assume. Good people watching and had fun playing pool and their video games.

Was there on a Wed around 7. Sat at the bar. Fast service. Happy hour specials, well drinks where great. Dinner was 1/2 rack ribs, slaw and side winder fry.. Awesome ribs with moonshine glaze. Bar tender recommend the sidewinder frys and where fantastic. Slaw was very good with mayo base. Decent crowd. The glaze is spicy n not for the weak. Fun place to be.

Great food. Best burger Ive ever had and Cant get enough of the moonshine shrimp. Food a little slow today but staff is always making up for the slack. Cold beer and great vibe. So glad this placed opened up. its the weekend spot to be for my friends and coworkers too bad sushi isnt available all the time

So I walk in there for the first time .. barely seat on a table when a guy walks tours me and ask me to leave because of how I was dress... worst attitude and he asked me to leave .... maybe they should put a BIG SIGN telling people how they must dress before walking in this place .!!!

Food is pretty solid. Waitress could have had better knowledge of the menu and beers,but could have been new. 1 star because...no wheelchair access to the bathrooms...this is 2017, get with the program

On weekdays this place is my chill spot.. Ask For Kelley$ or Laurens area.. Which Lauren is usually bartender on patio and Kelley waits on patio... those my homies ... They will do you right !!!
