My SO and I ordered an app, entree, dessert and 2 martinis. Server (Andre D) rarely came to our table, and brought wrong martini. SO asked for vodka with olives, server brought gin without olives! This is a MARTINI bar!!! High prices ($12 martinis), rude service and noisy, obnoxious atmosphere with security rushing by every few minutes to clear a path through the crowd. Tipped 10% because we were so disgusted with service. A few days later SO checked credit card statement to find an extra amount added onto the total, which would have made the tip equal to 20%... what a coincidence. I called Rush Street Office Manager (Monica) who said mistakes like this are expected in this industry and that it happens all the time, with no apology whatsoever. She begrudgingly credited my account back after I argued with her. I told Monica this was fraud and is illegal for them to add anything extra to my credit card. She said that it was my word against Andres word and that Andre had already mentioned how rude myself and my SO were that night and that a manager had also noted how rude we were. To our knowledge, we only interacted with our server and we were very polite! (Unless asking for olives for my the incorrectly-made martini was rude!) Interesting that they dont believe the customer is always right, especially when one of their employees made a HUGE mistake- fraud! I am glad I caught the extra amount added and I wonder how many other people have not caught it??? Watch out! Poor management, poor customer service, poor service in general...

Visited on 3 separate occasion and was not thrilled each time. Drinks were decent but management / staff does not care about the customer. I closed out my tab one time and went home to find that the waitstaff "added an extra $12 to the tip" Ownership / management seemed to not care about this problem when i brought this up! (furious) It seems very unorganized in this establishment. Another time i went here. I stepped outside to have a smoke and to get back in i had to convince the doorman i was already at the bar and not trying to get in for free. (took 5 minutes) I was fed up with the continued poor customer service after my third time visiting. I will never be back! Nice looking bar but BEWARE "Gangster treatment if your not in good with the staff"

I always have a good time at Rush Street. However this is the second time that a bartender has changed the tip amount. I ordered a shot and a drink, which was $13. I tipped $2. I went back to the bar 30 minutes later and ordered the same exact thing, and tipped the same amount. Looking at my credit card statement, I have one $15 charge (which is correct) and one $20 charge. Theres no other explanation other than the amount was changed. This is literally the second time theyve done this. Im not sure Ill return to Rush Street since this seems to be a pretty common occurrence there. Update: Geno, the GM reached out to me and instantly corrected the matter, thank you so much Geno!

Horrible management!!! I went a week ago and the bouncer "sink" or whatever, allowed myself to come back into the club after 1:45am because he knew who I was with. I went last night and tried to re-enter to get my sick cousin and he cut me off then slammed the door on me. I exchanged words with him and then he lets two white girls with blonde hair enter back in. Per policy per Jeff who said he was manager, none of them are suppose to let anyone back in but because he wasnt there nothing can be done. That is ridiculous and I refuse to keep spending money with a business who can careless about their customers and business.

I went once, and that was more than enough for me. The music was uncomfortably loud, including people walking around playing a little set of drums and a cymbal. It was funny at first to see someone over-enthusiastically smashing some drums or cymbals, but it just got annoying to listen to. I want to be able to talk to my friends without losing my voice for a week, and I want to go out without getting a headache. The dance floor was small. The place seemed a little snooty. The drinks were nothing special, but were quite expensive.

Rushstreet came pretty recommended by some friends so I decided to give it a try. The decor was impressive. Unfortunately thats pretty much anything good I can say about the place. The food was extremely poorly made. 8 for a small plate of meat that was cooked way beyond its prime. I also got a Martini which cost $12. It came with ice in it. It tasted extremely watery. I dont mean to complain too much but for the price this was completely unacceptable.

I was discriminated against called delusional and was refused to speak with a manager all by the African American bouncer named senquoa. As a business owner I am highly disappointed and will never again refer my clients to this establishment. I have also reported the horrible experience to the better business bureau and will be be reaching out to fellow establishment owners in the area to take further action.

I (a female) got cursed out last night by (Im assuming) a manager for being let in with a baseball cap. It would have made more sense for the bouncer to tell me I couldnt wear it than to be told to leave. Good thing I hadnt paid I guess. It doesnt seem like the type of club that should be so bougie, but whatever. Im sure me being black played a factor as well.

If you need to tape a dress code printed on 8.5x11 paper to the door of your establishment, maybe you need to work on your positioning better so you dont attract people who dont know how to wear pants. Read: this place is trashy and doesnt belong on main street.

Rude bar tender and bad music mix. Had my sweatshirt stolen from our booth. When I asked management for assistance they threw me a business card and said "call tomorrow at 7pm... You should probably watch your stuff next time." Not the best experience.

Definitely was not impressed when my friends and I went to Rush Street on Friday the 12th... love it that they have a non-smoking side to the bar, but the idiot DJ was lighting up so it basically defeated the purpose... probably will not return.

That drum guy is just odd and usually makes me uncomfortable as I watch him dance behind random girls who want to play the drums. The DJing is generally good, but sort of ruined by the overlay of conga drums and cymbals.

Totally wanted to hang out with my new girls, and we stumbled upon this bar. Was really feelin the vibe but was totally unimpressed by how they think they can charge L.A. prices in A2! :(

Awesome live jazz on Friday night with no cover. Usually an avant-garde jazz quartet led by amazing sax player Dan Bennett. The Andy Adamson Quartet is an occasional treat.

Terrible! Incredibly sexist for not letting me in because I had nothing to drink prior to arriving. DO NOT SHOW UP IF YOU ARE A FEMALE BECAUSE THEY ARE SEXIST PIGS!

Well, went here optimistic after the remodel. My jacket was stolen for the second time. Rude staff. This is a great location, but a pretty poor bar.
