Had never heard of the course until recently. Found a hot deal at Pebble Brook on GolfNow. Went with a buddy and had a fantastic time. The staff was very courteous and facilities were clean and well kept. I am about a 15 handicap and my playing partner is an 11. We decided to blur from the tips since yardage is only 6,400. In general, we found the tee boxes, fairways, and greens to be in good to excellent shape. A couple tees were a poor due to sunlight challenges. Same with a few spots in the greens. Overall very good shape. The front nine was fun but the back nine was especially enjoyable. Some major elevation changes which generated some blind shots. Very interesting and fun. From the blues, there were essentially three par 3s with blind tee shots. Thats a bit over the top but still fun. This course is a fantastic value and very entertaining. I cant wait to play it again. Im telling my friends.

Being relatively new to this area (moved from NY in Oct 2013) my goal was to play all the local courses north of Nashville, no matter what month. Having played five different courses thus far, all of them at least twice, I must say that Pebble Brook is my favorite! With its elevation change and beautiful scenery this course deserves the five stars Ive given it. Making a tee time for this Saturday was as enjoyable as the round we will be playing will be. Starting with your phone call, to checking in, to the starter this course and its staff are top notch. Did I mention the price? Very affordable for this gem of a course!!! See you all on Saturday.

Had to deal with some liquid sunshine on the course today, but what a great layout. Ive played a lot of course in my time and this is one of my favorites. This course has it all, high tee boxes, blind drives, rolling hills, water hazards, driving/putting practice area, and all set in a peaceful woods surrounding with beautiful scene after scene. I will be certain to return, and hopefully next time theres real sunshine instead of the liquid type.

For the Price you cant beat it, but the other reviewers arent kidding... They watch this place like hawks! But maybe thats how they keep it in such great shape! The front nine is really open and exiting, and the back is almost like a totally different course. I dont think it played like this last year, but the greens are wicked hard! I mean 14 is almost US open conditions! Great course at any price- amazing course at this price!

Not KID FRIENDLY at all !! Any child under 16 years of age and NOT playing isnt allowed on course. We live in the area and have since found out that this course is known for not being kid friendly. If you want to take your child with you, Sycamore Valley allows your child with you on the cart. Dont make the same mistake we did of wanting our children to learn the game of golf and instead learned that kids not allowed.

Great golf course. The course conditions are in great shape and for $25 on the weekdays you cant beat it. There are a few wild holes but they are very fun to play (100ft drop offs to the green). The staff is very friendly. The par 5s are very long and the par 3s are tough as well. You can make up some ground on a few of the short par 4s. This course is a must play if you are in the middle TN area.

I played this course last year and it was awesome, I played it today and the course is in very bad condition. The layout of the course could be one of the best, but the greens were bad. I wish the employee working would have told me about how bad the course was in. The green fees shouldve been half the price and a warning for the condition of the course. Im very disappointed all around.

Asked for rain checks because of lightning warnings. Our rain checks were miss marked and the lady behind the desk said "good grief, didnt know I had to be so specific". Needless to say I wont be back to use my rain check. Plus, greens had large divots and black patches on all greens. Sand traps were full of water and havent been raked in months.

My favorite course, Pine Hills in Dickson, has closed down so a buddy and I tried this course out. Its great. Really awesome scenery and a wide range of hole layouts. The greens were a little spotty but nothing that affected any shots. We will definitely be back. Give this place a try.

Great course for the price. Greens were rolling slow but in great shape. Challenging from the tips due to course layout not so much distance....lots of water. Friendly staff and from what I understand thats becuase its under new management. Would I go back? Absolutely

Went to this course on my bachelor party weekend. It was an awesome course, one of the best I have ever played. Very scenic and well kept. They could easily charge double the greens fees, thats how nice it is. Highly recommended as one of the best courses in Tennessee

Well I loved the course...as for the old decrepit staff working behind the counter, they need examining. Food staff is rude and sloppy. This place would be top notch if you can find costumer service worth keeping around

Course is not in good condition. Tee boxes are the worst Ive ever seen. Sand traps have very little sand and have weeds. Lots of bare spots all over the course. Employees were friendly, but not worth the money.

Great layout, love the hills and driving thru the woods and up the hills. Awesome fairways, greens were being airated so a little bumpy. Cant wait to play again and very reasonable price.

I always enjoy playing here. Its a real value for the price. My only complaint is that hole #10 always seems to be flooded when we play. Very picturesque

The course was well groomed and the putting greens are a major transformation from last year, and the staff was cheery.
