The course conditions are always decent at Summer tree and I usually dont have a problem there buts it has been a few years since Ive been. So I decided to have a early morning round with a few friends this Labor day. Got there at around 6:45 and no one was there to open the club house. (Really? on Labor day) anyway the stooge (and thats putting it nice) that they have working there finally shows up and we pay for 18. Well due to him not showing up until 45 minutes after our tee time we only had time for 9 holes. Went in and said " hey I paid 18, but only had time for 9. hint hint. maybe green fees refund that I didnt use. The guy looks at me like I had my underwear on my head. Needless to say next time Im back in NWI, I will just go somewhere that they have people there to give me keys to a cart at my tee time. Or maybe I will just walk and play for free not like the halfwit they had working there would care.

Worst course Ive been to this year.... Grass was horribly clumpy, from fairway to rough. You couldnt even tell the difference between the rough and the fairway due to the way the fairways were cut. The lines, from how the mowers cut, were awful. Cut from the mowers were very uneven also. You can just tell this course is not being maintained as well as it should be for the price, location, and clientele that come in there. Step it up!!! It was a great course for the past few years!!!

Awful. The grass in the fairway was like the rough, and the rough was just dirt and weeds. Greens conditions were also very bad, with all sorts of marks and dirt patches in them. And all of the bunkers were hard as rocks! You would be better off just putting out of them. Overall, the worst golf course Ive ever played

Good place to golf, but just need to watch you speed going down 101st street. Big speed trap. I see cops there all the time.
