Es la primera vez que venimos con mi familia. El lugar está muy lindo y divertido pero LA TEMPERATURA ambiente estaba TERRIBLEMENTE FRIA!!! No quejamos varias veces y nada cambio. Me dijeron que el lugar no llegaba a calentar porque afuera estaba frio.... estamos en primavera! Se imaginan venir en invierno? Estuvimos todo el dia en la pileta jacuzzi porque el agua estaba caliente pero despues.... hasta los salvavidas andaban en camisas manga larga! Ridículo! Luego a las 3pm los baños de mujeres era imposible entrar de sucio, toallas por todos lados, papel higiénico en el suelo. Un desastre! Pedi que repusieran toallas y me dijeron que no podían limpiar el baño ni reponer toallas porque no tenían suficiente personal! Muy mala experiencia! Esperaba algo mucho mejor. Porque el lugar está bonito... Pero si nos vamos a morir de frío y los baños están sucios..... prefiero elegir otro resort Next time.

Our stay was okay. Nothing outstanding and nothing terrible. As soon as we entered resort grounds, there was not one sign that directed to the main office/check-in. Frankly, from the entrance theres a since of chaos and uncertainty w/o signage. Unfortunately, at check-in, the guest service person could not find water park tickets that we purchased in advance. She simply said I cannot help you and handed me the # to the sales office in FL. Her sheer unwillingness to help me was extremely disappointing. At that point, I asked to talk to a manager who was able to pull up our tickets purchase. A big thanks to Royce P., manager on duty. When I think of resort, I think of a relaxing, pleasant experience. The atmosphere on this resorts grounds feels more like a bustling city where you need to wait, flag for a taxi, pass by construction, and hopefully, not hit the large number of people walking in the parking lot as you drive to and from the water park. The water park has 2 entrances, one with 2 flights of steps and one less visible entrance that is handicap accessible w/o steps. Again, the signage for the accessible entrance had poor/low visibility signage. I never could figure out how to get into the gym.

We were shopping an offered to take a tour for breakfast, and water park passes for a low $ so we signed up to do it we were told 10:45 we arrive at 10:40 ask the first lady where to go sent us in wrong place ended up back to her and then she tells us to go to security, so we do and that lady said go to the very top wait there for a cart to pick us up we waited 15 mins and no one came so we walk back down to security and she apologized and said we had to go to the welcome center at the beginning of the place so we walk there wait in line to be told it was another room we had to go to we finally get there for the lady to tell us we were 10 mins to late to do anything, after my kids had there hopes up and 30 mins of getting the run around they we could only get the $ we already paid!!!!??! I will continue to go to the wilderness at the Smokies thus place is a joke!!

My parents thought it was a good idea to drop me (17yrs old) my sister and her friend (both 13) off here so they could have a drink in town. After about 30 minutes we had ridden both water slides twice each and were bored to tears. We turned to the cafeteria to see if maybe the food was good but were sadly mistaken, its a very limited menu that is way overpriced for low quality food. The guy that made our food didnt even wear gloves like the rest of his Coworkers did and in the 45 minutes we were in line, he never washed his hands, even after switching foods and drinking a personal beverage. So if you have children that are 10 and under, and an large wallet to put a hole in, this is the place for you.

My four year old had a ball but their website advertises an area with slides and fun for "all ages". After being displaced from hurricane Matthew we were trying to make up for our lost beach vacation. They dont allow adults on any of the slides in that section and their website should state that. Management told me that it is for all ages they just dont allow adults on slides. Their website should clearly state that. My husband and I had to stand ankle deep and watch our kiddo but werent allowed to slide. This area is clearly not for all ages. It was a waste of money for our family, a simple pool would have been just fine and free.

This water park always delivers for our family of four (son 6, daughter 3). We come to this place 2-3 times a year for the past 6 years. We were there today, going back tomorrow. Yes, the water sometimes is cool. Yes, not all the water spouts work every time. But, not every place is perfect every single time. They keep the water heated to a certain degree. Sometimes it just feels cooler -- like today -- it was overcast and rainy. It seemed a little cooler. They are not trying to freeze the guests. We really, really enjoy this place! My kids want to stay all day every day! No complaints here! ❤

The water park is nice. Great for our kids. The sales people for west gate though are very pushy and rude. The only rude people I encountered in East TN were the sales guy and his boss from west gate. I was disappointed. When I told them "No, I am not interested in a timeshare" they should have left it at that. He kept pushing and pushing and pushing until it became very awkward and frustrating. Overall, the place is really nice. The condos are beautiful.

Every week I come to here. My home is very far.from my home to here drive 5hours something. But everybody staff is really kind . But only front casher? Two womans.young woman and glasses woman. glasses woman is today first time meet. But so rude . Cuz Im customer but not saying . And face an impression of a description you know... So may be no more come to here . And Keep in mind! Your salary is our master!!

this place is beautiful but expensive.. But other than that I love the location beauty upgrade after the fire is awesome.. They put their hearts into it.. Came to tour it for the 3 day 2 night vacation package but was unaware of the stipulations so we hung around.. Ate at the second floor of the water park in their restaurant.. Nice place..One Of Most beautiful hotels in Tennessee.

Its pretty good considering that it was free with our stay, however I would be disappointed if I paid full admission. The slides and lazy river are fun, but the outdoor hot tub didnt have any jets going. Half of the components on the main kids sprayground were broken, and there was even some caution tape up... The toddler area had nice warm water and was fun for the little kids.

Today my family went to wild bear falls in gatlinburg Tennessee.we go every year around this time and take our grandson. Today the lazy river which is our favorite was cold the water never warmed up. I complained a few times but they never fix the problem. Every one there was complaining also. They could of Alford us to come back when the was warmer.
