Horrible place. Swim teachers for adults are very rude and uncaring. Made my daughter bleed and choke on water. All the other classes that arent adults have a man and a woman, or two women. But my daughter and son get stuck with just a man. It says adults but its actually 13 and up. He is very full of himself, thinking he has such a high position. My younger son had fun in his class, but my two older kids complained and were talking about cursing the man with voodoo and curses. They really hate this man. And this man seems to be a teenager. My kids are the only "kids" there. The other students were old men. My daughter was very uncomfortable. They were teaching in the five foot side of the pool, but my daughter is 4"9 and my son even smaller. They cant even stand up straight. They literally are on their toes, and even then the cant look straight, they have to look up. They look like drowning kittens. The man didnt even offer to teach class a little bit closer to 4 feet side, or even 4"5. All the students were smaller than five feet. The man seemed to be looking at my daughter in a strange way, and she said shes putting on a shirt next time. My two oldest hate this man very very much. They want this man dead and thats not even the bare minimum. I was putting gas in the way back, and they were talking about Wiccan and voodoo curses. Thats the bare minimum. They keep murmuring to each other about this man being killed. They have half hour classes , 4 days a week, for two weeks. As much as I hate this man, I hope my kids dont get to him first. To bad that the staff at the desk were super nice. They deserve to work somewhere better than this disgraceful place.

Tried to participate in the family fun activities they had going this summer but they make it almost impossible to get in and enjoy yourself. I have a 7 yr old and just had a baby who is 2 weeks and tried to take them to the center for an ice cream event they were doing, just to get out for a while. First I couldnt get in because the 2 week old had no swim pants, then I couldnt get in because I wore no swim suit obviously having to stay out the water with the very new baby but not wanting my 7 yr Olds summer to be effected to much. At the end we were turned away, I even offered to pay extra because I felt so bad for my daughter who was so disappointed. NOT a kid friendly spot what so ever, not family friendly at all. Im glad I know this now, never again! !

Excessive with their regulations. They take out all the fun. We were asked to open our bags and show our swimwear piece by piece. We were let in and charged. Once inside, you dont feel free. I understand safety but they have too many rules. They direct you with their whistles and shouts, which leads to an uncomfortable situation. They tell you when to get out of the water, where to walk, where to eat, what to wear, and have too many donts. As soon as we were ready to swim, a lifeguard started to interrogate us and directed us to other lifeguards where we were told to leave because of the swimwear. We were told to purchase swimwear at Walmart and come back. Were not coming back ever again. This is no place to go if you are trying to have fun.

Im learning to swim & wanted to practice in the heated pool. The heated pool was not so heated I was cold the entire time & that was a distraction. I believe they said one of the air vents was broken and blowing down on the pool. I had to show my swimwear as another reviewer mentioned but I didnt mind too much. I know improper swimwear can cause havoc with the pools equipment. Another unfortunate event was me wanting to swim over spring break when the kids are out of school. There were several showers & lockers available which was nice. Overall, I somewhat accomplished what I set out to do. it likely wont be my favorite due to the heated pool situation but I would go back.

Yes, for the $ it is very reasonable that is if you get to use the outdoor area for swimming and playing. But Sunday wasnt to much FunDay we got there at 1:30 P. M. They were taking a break, my Grand Kids got in the water for like 20 Minutes then they took another break, back in for about another 20 minutes and they are taking another break. Then something happened and they shut down the outdoor pool said it would reopen at 4PM. so the outdoor pool was open for swimming and playing for 40 minutes from 1:30 PM to 4PM :(

Stay away! Rude & mean staff. Over-regulated facility to no extent. If one parent watching the kids - there is no way the other parent can substitute! Both parents have to pay to get in, even though none of us getting into the water! And btw there are no refunds or rain checks because of the weather, or water being too cold. No food, no cakes, no balloons allowed - forget about the party time! There no even chairs or lounges to lay down!!! This place completely sucks.

Nice big indoor pools with lanes, good outdoor area for younger kids. Big water slide and lazy river. Outdoor area was closed off when we first got there because someone had contaminated the pool. Lifeguards ran a drill later on and made everyone get out again. I recommend planning your visit when summer camps wont be there, it was REALLY crowded with rowdy kids. Well try a different aquatic center next time

People in general, NOT just children need rules and boundaries! It is a healthy choice for humans . These safety standards are for all people , Including the lifeguards . Adults and kids need breaks, to reapply sun protection, bathroom breaks, and of course water and some snacks to refuel, and without the breaks, it would put more lives in danger! This gives everyone an overall safe and fun experience‼️

This place can be fun as long as there is no mention of rain. If so, they will shut it down. It could be raining and thundering in Alabama and they will shut the pool down here. Very annoying, if they would check the weather to see the threat or danger of it, then maybe it would be a better place to go. However, if there is not a weather related issue or some kid pooped in the pool, the place can be fun.

I like the convenience and location but not sure Ill be coming all that often during the summer. Took our niece and 7 yo granddaughter to enjoy the outdoor water park but around 3pm the outdoor pool was closed due to a sanitation issue. Then our peace and quiet was shattered when the masses came inside so we left.
