The only reason this is one star is because at least the bartender cared about her customers and doing the best at her job. We had lanes 23 and 24 and the lanes messed up on multiple occasions, more than the staff even realized because eventually we had to ignore all the mess ups. We came in a large group of 8 people who were trying to compete for scores and the mistakes of wrongful scored strikes and/or gutters was ridiculous. Staff was quick to remediate the issue when the lane guard would not release the pins but the same gentleman was also constantly on his phone and/or eating cheese fries at the front desk. When I introduced myself to the manager at the end our games and made her aware of our poor experience as well as lack of desire to return she simply said shes sorry she wished she would have known sooner...where was she the 5 times we called for a staff member?... And that shell let "them know". She was unconcerned with our desire to not return. So, we will not be bowling here again and chances are if youre reading this review youre wondering if you should come here too, dont. Unless you want a drink. PS - dont get the grilled cheese unless you like thin cheese between dry toast, however, the fries that come with it were great.

While on certain days the cost here is a little higher than the other bowling alleys in town, remember you get what you pay for. We went in the middle of the afternoon on a Saturday. The prices are clearly posted when you come in. My husband and I rented shoes and bowled 3 games each and it was 42.50. However they have weekly specials so we could have chosen to come at a different time and it would have been cheaper. You can prepay for your number of games, so no surprises with the cost when you are finished. This is the 3rd bowling alley in the Columbia area that we have visited in the past two months. By far it has the friendliest staff, is the cleanest and has the best working lanes. We had lane 24 and did not have to reset pins, balls never got stuck and no issues with the scoring system, not one single issue. Another plus, its the dead of summer they actually run the a/c at a temp you arent sweating to death (cant say the same about the other two bowling alleys we visited). We did not get food or drink so I cant comment on the quality or pricing of that. The bathrooms could have been cleaner but Ive never been in a public restroom that couldnt. We will be repeat customers!

After a horrible experience at Quaker steak and lube we called and made reservations at AMF Park Lanes through a gentleman named Erik. Once we arrived Ray took excellent care of my whole group. He kept checking on us to make sure we were having a good time. We much rather spend our money here. Please dont waste your time or money anywhere else. We will be back here again. Thanks for the outstanding customer service.

Worst experience Ive ever had at a bowling alley. Arrived at 8:30 and had to check in with the front desk 3 separate after an hour and a half (10:00) to finally learn that lanes 1-14 had been reserved for the night after asking for an estimate each time. Terrible customer service, blatantly rude and filthy in general. Would not recommend to anyone and will never go again. 0/5

A/C was broken when it was 99 degrees outside, management was rude and would not refund money because we had started bowling. Not a good bowling alley anyway, next time I will drive farther to go to a better one with competent employees.

Have not visited yet today....but just called for Sunday prices. 5.50 til 6 pm...2.50 after six with 2.50 shoe rental. Young man very polite and helpful...so dont trust every bad review

Lanes were extremely sticky where you throw the ball from. Got charged 54 dollars for 4 games... not impressed dont plan on coming back
