Worst customer service experience I have ever received. After frequenting this establishment several times a week, I can say that I will never spend another dime at this business after tonight. The manager was incredibly unprofessional and rude. Never have I ever had a worse experience than at the NSB bowling alley. Ive been bowling for years, for fun as well as in leagues. I bowl overhand and Ive never had a problem before. The older female manager approached me, without an introduction, and told me I couldnt bowl the way I always have. After the dispute she told my husband he was banned, and attempted to get our license plate number after we refused to pay for the 3 frames we had bowled. Disgusting and distasteful customer service!

Sarah the Manager, refuse to give me service, just because she doesnt like me. Its a sad world when you can be rejected service due to an employee personally NOT liking you. It wasnt enough talk badly about me to my employees that purchased food their. She just refuse me service, just cause.

Fun place to have a birthday party for teenagers and good, clean fun indoors. Automated scoring, plenty of bowling balls to choose from, pizza/bar food and a full bar. One of the more popular entertainment venues in New Smyrna Beach.

Horrible customer service! most employees are kind and helpful other than the worker at the snack bar SARAH she has been constantly rude all of our encounters with her.. would not recomend giving her your service..
