Terrible experience. I am a habilitation specialist that was accompanying individuals that I support that have special needs. The understanding and care towards my group was extremely poor. First, we purchased admission to use the motorized go carts. Let me caution you that this is a TOTAL RIP OFF!!! Not only were shortened by a minute of the 4 we paid for, but about midway through the SHORTENED allotted 4 minutes, the carts abruptly slowed down. Now, I must say the staff that was handling the go carts did demonstrate great service by being helpful and accomodating towards my individuals when they were having difficulty operating in the pit and while driving on the course. However, I observed some very unsanitary food handling being done when preparing my order. I witnessed the same employee (Jared) that took my order, preparing my order without gloves. then, I saw a worker assist Jared who was previously removing garbage from the bathroom and upon entering the kitchen did not wash his hands nor apply gloves. He simply went into the kitchen, grabbed a head of lettuce, diced it, and put it on my burger. The practices I saw were unacceptable and very careless. I hope management sees this review and train their employees to conduct themselves professionally.

I arrived here to be greeted by a wonder staff. Everyone was in a great mood and there were smiles all around. I started with laser tag and the rules were explained very thoroughly. It was by far the best laser tag arenas i have every been to. The go karts are very fast and have great handeling. It has very good prices and the food is great. The place is very clean and overall a great place to spend your time and money.

My husband and I were in town on our honeymoon and saw this place in an advertisement and thought "lets be kids" and go! Needless to say that even though their website said they were open at 10am on 9/30 they werent! We drove almost 30 minutes to get there and wasted our time trying ! Definitely wouldnt recommend this business considering they cant even post the correct hours! Very disappointing.

Just had my sons birthday party here today and he and all his friends had a fantastic time! They were going none stop the whole 2 hours, they were having so much fun that we had trouble getting them to sit down to eat pizza and cake! I would highly recommend this place!
