Heres a review that I tried to send to the restaurant, but their website doesnt work: Hello, my wife and I went to your restaurant for the first time tonight. We thought the staff was great, the atmosphere was wonderful, and the food was delicious. We though the beer selection was excellent, and local. We also thought the prices (for the beer) were very competitive, considering we got an actual pint—a lost tradition in drinking beer. All that stuff was great, which is why Im writing this—because I want your restaurant to do well. I ordered the mahi mahi tacos—I got two small tacos, and the side was a few pieces of bell peppers. My wife got 4 ravioli as a meal. We thought the food was great, but we dont want to go out for dinner and still be hungry immediately afterwards. Im 6, 170 lbs, and my wife is 53", 135, and we walked down a block and got a slice of pizza and a beer from the Fridge immediately after—because we were both still hungry. If we got enough food, we would have purchased that second beer from you. Portion size is a deal breaker that will trump everything else you do right. Please let us know if/when this issue is addressed so we can come back. Thank you.

Food was good, place was cute, beer was EXPIRED. When we were waiting for our check we started looking at our beer bottles and reading them. We looked at the percent alcohol and were comparing them. Then we realized the beer was expired! I wish I would have taken a picture so youd believe me. One expired April 4, 2017 and the other one expired November 20, 2016 and today is June 9, 2017. We already consumed them so heres where what they did was debateable. The manager did not come over to apologize, but instead sent the waitress to come deliver the message that they would like to offer us a new one. We declined because everyone else was done their meal and we were ready to leave. The waitress delivered the bill and the manager did not take off the expired beers from our tab. I had to ask for them to be removed. The manager gave us a glare from across the restaurant once we asked for it to be removed and wouldnt even look at us when we left. We will not be back because of how it was handeled.

This place has an enjoyable atmosphere , good location, they have some great dishes and specials; I would recommend to others to try it. I didnt give a 5 star rating for this reason: they offer gluten free options for pizza and their tacos, which is great, but upcharge $3 (typical) and I normally wouldnt have an issue with it... The mahi mahi tacos were literally the most disappointing dish. You get 2 very small tacos and the gluten free soft tacos were just terrible. They used toothpicks to hold them together but when you take them out they ripped. The fish was very plain and other toppings included lettuce and pineapple but mainly lettuce. Oh and peppers come on the side, and the "sauce" is just drizzled on the plate in a fancy pattern. So for $19 I got two very small, very disappointing tacos, which didnt make me happy. Just my one bad experience.

The only reason that this is not a five star review was the fact that we were seated 30 minutes late for our reservation, and there was an extended wait for everything. We were comped some drinks, and that helped us to be patient. The food was simply amazing and the staff was so apologetic about our wait. We split an order of fries, and fried green tomatoes. For our apps. Each was delicious. I had the Tuna entree, it was cooked rare and exactly as I ordered. It had an amazing flavor. They were out of the Filet Mignon, so my wife had the sirloin instead. She let me try it and it was done perfectly! I have worked in enough restaurants to know that something behind the scenes was causing all of these delays, but they deserve credit for it not causing them to serve bad food. We will be back.

The service was very slow. We spent almost two hours here on a Tues night. I ordered a beer and my husband ordered a mixed drink. He was served his drink and more than 15 minutes later the server told me that they were changing the keg and it would be a few minutes. The food was ok, but not really worth the money. The portions were small, which isnt a huge deal, but they were only kinda flavorful which was a bigger turn off for me. The beer selection was nice enough.

To start on a positive note the ambience and service were impeccable. We were served by a very amicable young woman named Becky and waited on very attentively. Unfortunately after a sizeable wait we were served cold bland oversauced beef brisket sandwich. The meat was cold the bread was chewy, the sauce was basic. I was told the main chef had recently left his position.i sorely hope they manage to reclaim him as I was deprived of a 4-5 star taste tonight :(

Nice place with ok atmosphere but high end ingredients poorly put together and executed poorly as well. Dropped 150 dollars with steak incorrectly cooked and another dish with poor flavor. It was not impressive for the cost. Their are some top tier restaraunt in Lancaster city and this attempts to be one but in my single experience there it fell far short. Service was very kind and generous but slow and difficult to flag down.

We went to Mulberry Social for the first time tonight to celebrate my husbands birthday. I had the Fettuccine in Lobster sauce- great variety of seafood- mussels, crabmeat, scallops and shrimp and my husband had the Fillet, both were excellent! Tara was our server and bartender and she made the night memorable by adding a candle and Happy Birthday greeting in raspberry sauce to my husbands dessert! Thank you!

Overpriced and bland food. Atmosphere and wait staff were excellent. With the detailed explanation of the dishes, my friends and I expected a lot more than what was delivered. The octopus tacos were so bland. No seasoning and lack of flavor for $28? The fettuccini with lobster sauce was okay and the ravioli was okay, too, but nothing like our server raved about.

We went on Valentines day and the food was very good. Even with a reservation there was a wait for our table and then a long wait for our food once we were seated. The good part was while waiting they have an excellent bar with a great selection of cocktails and beers to choose from while we waited. The staff was friendly and very apologetic about the wait.

Outstanding experience! The cuisine was sophisticated and fresh and the timing of each plate was spot-on! Their tuna tartare was the best Ive ever had... and their homemade sriracha chips were perfectly delicate and crunchy, a very smart vessel for the tartare. The drinks were creative and delicious as well!

Amazing! We accidentally stumbled upon this place when lost in Lancaster one night. Since then, we’ve been back three times. The food is incredible. The homemade pasta dishes all taste excellent. The ambiance is perfect and service has always been impeccable as well. We will absolutely be back again.

A great meal from beginning to end. (The tomato basil salad made with heirloom tomatoes on a bed of hummus was outstanding.) Good, attentive service and great atmosphere. Prices arent bargain basement, but if you choose carefully, you can keep your tab affordable. Well go back, for sure.
