Fabulous place. Each dish was super tasty and well thought out. My personal favorite... Thats a tricky one because they were all so good; from the Lamb Bolognese, the fried sprouts with goats cheese, duck confit, rabbit with white bean cassoulet. All delicious. The chefs here have a real talent for creating small dishes with wonderful bursts of flavour. For the record I hate brussel sprouts but this dish was a real surprise. Liberal sprinklings of creamy goats cheese across the charred fried leaves of the sprout all balanced with honey against that often bitter sprout taste. Really made me look at them in a different light. Ill be trying that myself at home. The service was excellent and though the beer selection was small what they had was really well selected. If you find yourself in Annapolis this would be a great place to eat. Id definitely go back.

I went to this restaurant to have dinner with my friend. I got to the restaurant before my friend and decided to go in thinking I would get us seats and look over the menu. The hostess informed me that the restaurant was full for the rest of the night and that they were not seating anymore guest. It felt odd because she did not look over at her computer to see if seats were available, so after I left I called my friend and asked him to see if she would give him the same response once he got there. My friend was informed that he would be able to get a seat for two but there would be a short wait. I am a Muslim girl who wears hijab (a head scarf) and my friend is a white male. This was the first time I had ever felt discriminated at a restaurant and I would never go here again nor would I recommend this restaurant to others.

One of the better places in Annapolis. The location is only so-so being located slightly away from the heart of the downtown and across from a less-desirable building. The food is great, and while not all that uncommon anymore, Level was somewhat ahead of the curve on specializing in locally-sourced foods. Some very unique cocktails if thats your thing. A tad pricey, but basically what you expect for an urban-upscale-tapas place. While Ive never had any issues with the wait staff, the hostesses always seem to act like theyre better than you. O well, still one of the few places around that I always feel like coming back to.

What a wonderful treat! Because the food is locally grown and served fresh, the menu changes throughout the year. But, because it is locally grown and served fresh, it is AMAZING! My date and I shared the Tuscon salami flatbread, the fried brussels sprouts with honey and goat cheese, the spicy tuna tartare, the hand cut fries, and the bison and bacon sliders. Everything was full of flavor. The tuna may be the best Ive eaten. And dont forget the strange and wonderful selection of cocktails. I ordered the angels and demons --- what an amazing combination for a smooth drink with a kick. I will definitely be back.

Maybe Ill update this after eating, but the service here is awful. We were told our reserved table was ready but since our party was not yet complete we swung by the bar to get a drink. When more showed up we went to get our table to be told that they gave it away. At which point the manager chased us down and told (repremanded) us we couldnt remove the pitcher we had purchased at the bar fro that area then barely apologized for our table being given up. Now we have to wait around for them to rearrange tables at their convenience. Typical service for the snobberity of Annapolis.

Very hip and attractive venue, with lots of options of small plates to share. With a group of 4 people we shared 8 different plates plus a dessert. Everything was delicious, especially the fresh made gnocchi and the banana bread pudding. Service was very attentive. Only complaint was after 10PM they turned up the music so loudly that it was hard to have conversation. Parking was a little difficult so we ended up parking at the garage which was a little bit of a hike. All and all very good and cant wait to go back!

Davvero un bel posto dove fermarsi a bere qualcosa o mangiare un buon piatto in compagnia. Atmosfera calma e riservata, insomma niente male come locale, il solo punto negativo sono le porzioni un po scarse per il prezzo da pagare.

Came for a few drinks and small plates, ending up staying for more because the drink and food was so delicious. Angels and demons cocktail was especially delicious, clean with just the right amount of spice. Highly recommend the ribs and fried Brussels sprouts dishes, all the food was fantastic though. Service and ambience were both on point too, our server was very engaging and had great recommendations. We will definitely be coming back next time were in Annapolis!

Our family of 4 enjoyed what I thought was our best dinner out in ages and all for about 70$, including a couple of drinks. Our kids loved it as well. My daughter is a bit picky but with the cheese flatbread, awesome french fries and chocollate cookies, she was a happy camper. The rest of us experimented a little and were very pleased. The restaurant obviously caters to more of an adult crowd, so just go early if you bring children. Will be back!

My friend (a Muslim who wears a hijab) and I (a white man) were going to meet here for dinner. She got there first and asked for a table for 2. The hostess looked at her and told her they were all booked for the night and nothing was available. So she left and called me to tell me we have to go somewhere else. When I got there I went into Level and asked for a table for 2 and the hostess said it would be a 20 minute wait.

Level is my absolute favorite bar in Annapolis. Their drinks are hand-crafted from an amazing array of ingredients. I love their house-smoked tequila. The Moscow mule in a copper cup is unique and delicious, and you have to try the cucumber margarita (ask for it spicy). The bartenders are talented and happy to serve you, and the drinks are above and beyond any other cocktails youll get in Annapolis.

Excellent atmosphere, possibly my favorite spot in Annapolis at the moment. Service was awesome, and our server made recommendations that we loved. I was also surprised at the portions. Level may be a small plates lounge, but the items we ordered were more substantial than I was expecting. We ordered three items, a salad and a dessert. I was pretty stuffed by the time dessert rolled around.

Came here on a date with my girlfriend and had such an amazing experience. We ordered 5 tapas, the Mac and cheese, the rabbit, chorizo dip, scallops, and truffle fries followed by their cookies and milk for dessert and I have to say that everything was beautifully done. Service was fast and the place had a great atmosphere as well. I will be back!

Fantastic! Awesome service, delicious food - amazing date night. Also, excellent wine list. Amazing portions too. We highly recommend the White Truffle Mac (huge), Spicy Tuna Tartare and Pork Ragout (my favorite). The gnocchi was actually smaller than expected, and I found the lamb meatballs to see somewhat dry. Stick to the other three!
