I now its been a couple years since the comment was made that they couldnt find the site, but thats probably because you used Google Maps when trying to find it. Google has it in the wrong location! It is shown as being on Cornell road where the Audobon Society is. It is actually, as the next commentor said, on Skyline just off Burnside. That should be corrected by Google.

To find the park, go northwest on Skyline past the small cemetery on the right. There will be a slight bend to the right in the road and the parking lot is past that on the left. It is a nice little historical park, but there are no amenities. It is just a trail to the Stone.

A cool, relatively unknown bit of history that affects us all in the Pacific Northwest. (A short hike on a hillside path, not quite wheelchair accessible.)

Correct location is just past Royal Blvd with a very small parking area on south side of Skyline Blvd. Very cool thing that CREATED Oregon and Washington!

One the easiest initial points to access that I have seen. Quiet and peaceful like a shrine dedicated to the surveyors in whose footsteps we follow.

Beautiful and calm place to talk, Ill say its not a place to stay for more than 30-40 mins.

Beautiful during the fall, go early as parking can become a headache as it gets crowded.

Neat little hidden gem, especially if you know a surveyor!
