Ive only been here for beer festivals and its an excellent venue for that (as long as the fest brings in proper restroom facilities). Its close to the Max station, or parking can be found on the streets around it.

a beautiful building - we were here using it as a location for a shoot, but the space is large and spacious and could be used for any number of things!
