My friend in I decided to stop by Chehalem on our first day in the area and in Oregon. Not only were the wines great, Sunny provided some of the BEST service. Not only was she knowledgeable about the wine, she provided us tourists with wonderful suggestions of wineries and restaurants to try along the way. Again the wines are good in a nice atmosphere with music to go along, but Sunny is what made the entire experience worth while. Thank you Sunny, youre a huge asset!!!

We wanted to take our daughter to her first post-21 wine tasting, and ended up at Chehalem by accident. Suni was our server, and she was incredibly personable and knowledgeable. She made the entire experience magical, and the wines were sublime. She also offered recommendations for other local wineries to visit, as we are just starting to explore this area of entertainment!

Super delicious wines & excellent service. Sunny was our server and she helped us plan our entire visit. Gave us spot on recommendations for restaurants & even other good wineries. Chehalem has some of the best pinots Ive ever had. And for someone whos not a fan of white wines, Sunny poured me some Chardonnay & rieslings that were phenomenal. Will be back.

Delicious selection of white and red wines, but the best thing about tasting at the Chehalem Winery (by reservation) was our experience with Dave. He was so informative without even the slightest hint of arrogance. We enjoyed our experience with him so much that we joined the wine club. Of course it helped that the wines were all fantastic.

Awesome atmosphere and great staff! Love that they are open late too! It is truly a hidden gem in downtown Newberg. I highly recommend stopping in and trying a flight or going for a glass of the Reserve Pinot Noir or the Gruner Veltliner! Very impressed.
