This is a great place to bowl! They dont have glow bowling, or pool tables, if that is what you are into. They do, however, have a great atmosphere. There is a jukebox with a huge variety of music! The bowling alley is well lit, clean, and well taken care of. The staff is very good as well. The crew is neatly dressed, look clean, and are friendly. There are two younger guys that work the front counter on the weekends. (I think their names were Jason and Richard) They gave me great advice on how to bowl better, helped me in picking out a bowling ball, and seemed knowledgeable, all around. They have a grill, fryers, and drinks. The kitchen staff is very nice, and respectful. (Plus there is a girl that works on the weekends, that is pretty cute. :) Their beer selection is second to none. I would guess that there are 50 different beers to choose from, and they have wine, and some "girly" drinks, as well. The food here, is actually really good. They have a wide variety of foods, ranging from fryer foods, to sandwiches, soups, burgers, pizza, sugary treats, and more. The pricing at Emerald is very competitive, and they have a bowling card that saves you even more money, if you plan on bowling more than once or twice a year. I have been there about a dozen times, and will continue to give them my business. The management, the staff, and the lanes are all great. Safe and fun place to take the family/kids.

I would give zero stars but thats not an option. I went here tonight with my friend and our daughters and the workers were so rude and grumpy not only to us but to our kids which is highly unprofessional. I know everyone has bad days but this was plain ridiculous and unacceptable. My six year old daughter grabbed someones personal bowling ball without even knowing it was someone elses and dropped it down the bowling alley and one of the workers flipped out. And our kids were running back and fourth to the arcade and back like any other kid and the workers and a few stuck up ladies were on our crap about it. I thought bowling was supposed to be family friendly and fun. If you have a family or anybody in general I wouldnt waste your time and money I would definitely check out one of the other bowling alleys near by.

Emerald Lanes is amazing!! I went here last night with my girlfriend and we were looking for Cosmic Bowling, they didnt actually offer it. What they did offer is superior customer service. Ryan was especially helpful. He not only greeted us with a smile and friendly hello, but he also didnt get annoyed when we wanted the cosmic experience. Instead he actually called another bowling alley for us and saw if they had any lanes open and if they offered cosmic bowling. This is the level of customer service that will make someone like me come back and bowl at Emerald. When Im not looking for the Cosmic experience, Ill go to Emerald Lanes. Thanks again guys!!

If this is your local hang out or bowl in a league maybe they are nice to you but my experience has been the opposite. They were impatient with me. They have been so rude and given such poor customer service that my family will not be back ever again. I dont feel like I can take my children there and will not be back. The balls were also oily but we didn’t even feel like we could ask for help after our earlier treatment.

People in here dont know anything I got yelled at because my friends daughter bumped someones personal ball off the ball thjng and it rolled down the lane an employee yelled at me and said dont touch other peoples balls then some lady yelled at us saying watch ur f ing kids shes trying to bowl thought this was a family place better think twice before u go bowling again

I go to Emerald Lanes every Friday and I like the place. First, the people over their are friendly and most important it is very clean. All the equipments are clean balls, shoes, lanes, chairs, etc. In addition, the prices are convenient and its cheap comparing it to other bowling centers in Eugene. I really recommend this place to everyone. Peace

Our game night group decided to do a bowling night. We had a Groupon that made it even more affordable. Emerald Lanes is nice, clean, and modern. The snack bar had good options at decent prices. We were a little sad that they stopped serving milkshakes after 8:30pm. We all agreed wed go back the next time we want to do a group outing.

I love to play bowling, but the reason why I have to give this 2 stars is because the employees when I went there were really rude. One of the employees was giving me an angry look for something I did not do and when I got to the counter to get some food, the woman who was there felt like she didnt care for her job.

This place is awesome! They are probably the best bowling alley in the State. They have great food, good prices and friendly people. They have music and its a great place to meet friends. Just wish they werent tucked away behind the furniture store.

The bowling ally was a lot of fun but with our first experience there the staff were not so grate. The guy ringing us up was completely rude to not only us but to the 3 people he answered the phone to.

This is my go to bowling alley in Eugene. They have great customer service. The food is above average. The bowling balls have a great variety of weight and finger holes. Great experience every time!

The people that works here are very friendly. Service was great. We were a group of about 30 and they helped us set up and play really fast. Pizza is good too. Better that other places around town

Friendly staff and exactly what you expect for a bowling alley. The card reader had trouble so it took a bit for us to pay. But we had a fun time. The place was clean and affordable.

Greasy! But isnt every bowling alley? This is in a VERY weird and somewhat hard to find location, but is your average, typical bowling alley. Great deals for non-profits!

Guy at the register didnt understand how his own card reader worked when I asked to split the bill he said it wasnt possible and was very rude
