*WORST kids birthday party experience: Lakeshore Lanes* We brought 14 kids for our sons birthday party, which was priced per child, and received the same accommodations as the party of 4 children next to us: two bowling lanes (7 kids per lane) and a single-layer 8" cake that was 1.5" high. There were four parties going on simultaneously with two lanes out of commission, no manager present, and a total of three employees who were understandably overwhelmed. Their pizza oven wasnt working properly, so the pizzas were more than a half hour late, though we were told several times that it would only take "another 5-10 minutes". The kids said the crust tasted "not right". Our guests waited over 20 minutes in line to receive bowling shoes. Even though there were no pizzas AND no bowling available for that 20-30 minute timeframe, no offers of other activities were made. Though our guests behaved quite politely while waiting with no activity to do, it was stressful for the kids and for me. The handling of the party was particularly disappointing because I had taken the time across a couple of phone calls to clarify details and ensure that 14 guests could be nicely accommodated. I was told, "Yes, we do that all the time". Clearly, we caught them on a bad day. Hopefully, most of the time, all lanes are operating, the ovens are working properly and all areas are sufficiently staffed. The combination of poor maintenance of the lanes and ovens plus poor management and understaffing was compounded by poor customer service throughout the event. It was a birthday party we wont forget, but for all the wrong reasons.

Lakeshore Lanes is a great place to take your kids or have an all adult beer drinking evening. I have been going there for almost 9 years or so. My grandson feels like it is a home for him. The staff is friendly and the owner is local. They have a youth program on Saturday mornings from 9:00am to 12:00. If you are in the youth program, then you pay less when you bowl outside of the Saturday morning session. They have a arcade room. There is a coffee shop on site. They have big screen TV. They have free internet or WIFI, one of the two. They do cosmic bowling and birthday parties. They have a full bar. Come for fun!!!!!!

There was some confusion and one of the employees put my reservation on the wrong date so when we showed up for my daughters 13th birthday party with 15 teenagers and family youbcould imagine my fury. But after some conversing they made there magic and took care of us all night and were pleasant to be around. January 21St night crew and manager. Thanks guys. Recommend to anyone. Will return.

We went there wanting to have fun and there was like 3 lanes open but there was reservations!!! It should be in my opinion it should be first come first serve, so the guy says to wait 15 minutes and they would call us comes like 20 minutes still no call so we ran in asking if there was any sponts and the answer was no

Excellent lanes. Fun graphics. Cosmic bowling. Music for those that like that. Also has miniature golf, concessions/cafe, two bars, meeting areas, off-track betting and other gambling. The prices are reasonable as well as the location. The people are fun and the owners actually are quite nice as well!

I did not at all enjoy my time there, I simply ordered curly fries and was asked to leave because I was not bowling. However me and my college friends were bowling. The owner just did not like me, completely unprofessional.

Brought a party of ten. One of our two lanes kept going dark and/or not recording scores. After the fourth time (long after half of our party finished) employees wouldnt give us a refund. Wont be coming back.

I wish you could give 0 stars this place is horrible there they kicked a bunch of people got kicked out for spending money and the workers suck so I would not spend my money there the owners a douche

East to use machines, kids had a bladt. My 9nly complaint was that when we were there there was only one woman working the bowling and concessions which made for a long wait for shoes.

Bowling here is cheap and fun! They have a big arcade and very hospitable employees. The Friday night cosmic bowling is a favorite of mine. The mini golf is also a blast!

Me and my family went here several times to go bowling. The last time I went here was 2012. It has been 4 years. But still, great bowling alley.

Had a blast with family bowling and playing in the arcade. They also have good food with large portions and a mini golf course outside.
