So last night my sister and I took our kids here to go bowling, and just from the time we got there we was getting a really uncomfortable vibe. But decided to stay since every other bowling alley that we tried to go to was closed down. From check in I understand the policy where they kept a card on file. But the way the lady went about towards us she was really pressing the point towards us if you leave without. Paying there going to charge your card!!! So I was thrown off about that. Then we go over to our Lane and just minding our own business and what not like everyone else is doing. And were with the kids letting them have fun rolling the ball down. Mind you theyre toddlers. Besides the point again. So my sister and her son was up there getting ready bowl and some random person (which i guess was the manager) approached my nephew in the middle of trying to roll the ball at the time we didnt know who the hell he was but as a parent when a stranger approaches youre child you go into defense mood. Period and he was like trying to help him and what not. And my sister was like I understand that but at the same you never approache the you approach the parents it would be different if we was no where around but that wasnt the case. So of by this time we not only already have bad vibes from jump but now irritable. So after that we left it alone. Then the people bowling next to us kept coming over to us. And acting like we was in a foreign country and didnt know how work things and all that other stuff which wasnt the case. So that was irritating. Then my nephew was hungry so my sister took him over to the concession stand. And the guy working was being REALLY rude my sister was trying to order food and he was like I have people in front of you go order from the bar. So the response was like I can really take my son into the bar ok! So she walked away so by this time of course we all have a attitude. Then I go up there to get water from the jug they have on the counter I asked if he take 30 seconds to just refill it he said no go to the bar. I wasnt petty so I went to the bar. Then the freaking bartender looked like she had an attitude cuz I came to get water from her when I was told to. Then I go back to my sister and she tells me that the guy at the concession stand is taking orders for other people so that really pissed us OFF. So she went to the front desk to ask for a menu to look at the price and when she was getting ready to order she got cut off because the dude behind her wanted to bowl. So that set off everything right, we asked who was the manager. She pointed him out said that sucks. Because he is beyond disrespectful. And I guess he felt some type of way so he made us leave because he said we made everyone In there feel very uncomfortable!!! At this time Im lost looking confused because even though the people both sides of was acting like we needed help they didnt seem like it the kids was playing with them everything was going good. Then when we asked was complaining about us he couldnt even say. So what nationally do you think we are?? I felt very discrimated because my nationally yes it was mainly white people and we happen to be the only blacks in there of course we already stood out. The only plus about the whole trip is when he made us leave we didnt have to pay. But reading over this review I felt like this is very racist and if yall dont think so then I guess Im just crazy. This happened March 16th 2016.

Ive been coming here since I was about 9 years old. I have been coming allot recently due to moving back into the area and taking my 3 kids here. I lost my wallet last week and had to go to the DMV down the street from the AMF location ironically to get a new ID and I guess they dont print them out anymore, they give you temp state issued ID tho for the week you have to wait, and its valid to do anything from opening a bank account to going to a bar, well I have had no issue doing anything I wanted until I decided to have a few drinks here at this local AMF. The Bartender accused me of forging a piece of paper in order to drink at their AMF, I had friends all with me all my age showing their I.D. and my wife showing her I.D. and the bartender didnt care , told me Im trying to prevent him from doing his job, so I decided I would go to the mgmt and bring this up to them cause I am a paying customer with his family, and allot of friends wanting to pay for drinks , food, and bowling that entire night. The mgmt wouldnt look me in the eye, he told me that the DMV does not give temps like that, and its up the current bartender if he wants to serve me or not, and I explained to him I was in 2 days prior with the same mgmt there and drank all night with my friends and had my kids and other kids bawling, and he told me he didnt care and to "try again next time" as if it was a game or something. Other employees where saying their sorry to me as all 23 of us paid and left, as I walked back to my wife and friends with the kids, I guess my 3 year old hurt his finger on their kid device and I was trying to ask for a bandaid from the mgmt and he walked away. WOW .. I have never had such disrespect and lack of customer service... I will be calling their corperate number and reporting these issues to them in hopes they fix it for future people , but I will NOT be bringing my friends or family here to this location EVER again.. If youre a family trying to have some time out with your kids and friends this is NOT the place to go AT ALL! ...

I come here often, mainly to bring clients here, but certainly not again. Last time I came with a client, we bowled fine but wanted to have a enough time to eat before the ride showed up. An hour wasnt enough time to eat over prices chicken wings that doesnt come with fries & a burger for my client (asked for a receipt but it was too late?). Which didnt bother me. So this time so we could have enough time to eat and bowl we ate first. Besides them taking forever which still doesnt bother me (I am very patient) but after we finally finished. We went to get a lane and was turned down cause they wont have any lanes open till "tonight" I walked away confused cause there was pretty much no one here besides there were people just bowling but I informed my client that we cant bowl, she was mad and demand a reason so I went back up to ask why we werent able to bowl? He answered me as if I should know when bowling league is... kinda rude to assume I should know. The fact that no one gave us a heads up that we should get some bowling in before the league shows up or any thing! Or that theyll be closing lanes for them at a certain time... something... Then to it off with rudeness? No thank you.
