This is the best place to be for a football game...even if your legs cramp because everyone stands for all four quarters or you see people pass out before your eyes because its so hot! I am so excited to go back to see the new renevations being made. I am disappointed though, that they didnt carry through with the first original plans. I understand that they were costly, but in the end isnt it better to go for broke now and have it done the best most awesome way, rather than make cut backs, do only half of things originally planned, and then in ten years do the things originally planned anyways but at a higher cost because well have to tear down things were half-building instead now? I just wish that they wouldve stuck with the ultimate plan they originally thought of. Recently, Ive spent a lot of time in College Station and I even took a tour of Kyle Field. That stadium is state-of-the-art! It has a wifi network throughout the stadium capable of having over 135,000 mobile devices connected at any given time. It has "cooler rooms" for people to go to to cool off from the Texas heat, which is a great idea! There is one thing, though, that they seem to be missing—Sooner Magic! Ill always love OU! I just wish they would not just catch-up with the rest of the big-name colleges and their stadiums, but I wish theyd step up above the others. I mean, its not like the stadium wouldnt pay for itself eventually. Not with having sold out games every single game for 10+ years. But, beggars cant be chooser. But they do have great ideas! Boomer Sooner!

There was no cold water for sale into 2nf water which was a hot day. Dint you think you should be prepared for this? So I needed buying a soda which i do not like which what choice did I have I have again. I unsent back to ask for tap ice water and was chargers $6 for icr and tap water. How.money hungry is OU? No wonder they took like 10 people out in ambulances that day. I think the prices of water should be reasonable like $2 or a cup.of free water on very hot days since we are not allowed to bring any inside. Unbelievable!!!! Plus also shoukd be closer handicap parking, just because were handicap doesnt mean we shouldnt be able to enjoy a game to like other people.. all around disappointed in OU....

The food stands are pathetically slow and a rip off. Ended up leaving because we couldnt be served, there were long lines all around. Place is huge and nice otherwise. The space to get to your seat is very narrow and you get close and personal when passing people. For anyone that drinks, there is no alcohol served. I got front row 7 seats. Game was good except for a screaming fan in my ear of the other team. Cant see the football playing when everyone is standing up the whole game. Only time people are sitting is when there is someone faking an injury.

A 1959 and 1966 grad and Sooner born (OKC) and bred: love Okla and OU. Had 8 great on campus years for Engr 1958 and JD 1966. Saw my first OU game at Owen Field in 1948 w/my grandparents (born 1889 and made the Okla Land Rush). No one will ever equal Bud W or Eddie Crowder or Darrel Royal. Pure class and greatness. Same as Reagan. The real giants. OU Crimson and Okla Pure Red. Bigger now but not always better.

Boomer! Sooner! The stadium is already nice and the atmosphere is electric. But the stadium is having an addition built which, when finished, will make the experience even better. The new video screen is being touted as one of the largest in the nation for a collegiate field. The closing of south end zone will add to bowl effect and the 85,000+ seats let you know that you will be part of the game and all that it offers.

I have attended many football games at the stadium as an opposing fan and I would have to say by far, that OU fans have been the most disrespectful of any fan base in the the Big 12 Conference. Starting from pulling into the parking spot to watch the game, we have been harassed. I believe that this place needs either more security or some code of conduct for its fans...

The new addition to the stadium is great. The atmosphere is always good. I miss a few of the old food vendors that lost their spot though. The food cost is comparable to the movies. You can use cards or cash, but cash is quicker. ATMs are on site. South end zone has free wi-fi, but other sections are expected to get it in the future.

Like Heaven on Earth. Great place to watch the Sooners ride roughshod all over their competition. From the Ruf Neks, to the Sooner Schooner, to the Band, and of course -- the Football Team! Youd be hard pressed to find a better atmosphere on a cool fall Saturday, than at Oklahoma Memorial Stadium. Boomer Sooner!

Speak for yourself Morris. How many people fit in your teams Crappy venue? How many heisman winners and national championships do they have? Whats your teams longest winning streak? 47 like OUrs? Didnt think so..

Went to the K-State game. I am a K-State can but everyone was very nice. I did not use any of the facilities or buy anything so I cant say anything about those. The new addition is pretty awesome. Texas sucks.

Great traditional outdoor layout, crowds exited quickly at the end of the game, and lineups for food were reasonable. An impressive building hiding in the heart of little Norman, Oklahoma.

Reno was ok, jumbo tron was nice. Food was cold. Maybe will be better 2nd game but with no kitchen on site what can you expect. At least ou food services had a place to cook the food.

Supprised with the food selection. Private Parking where you can find it ranges from 50-20 dollars. Free Street parking if you can find any. Must be a curb not marked red.

A wonderful place to see a football game, has a great atmosphere and the crowd gets into it. OU by far has the best stadium in the Big 12 and by far some of the best fans

Was very clean, just like I remember from the last time I went, and employees were especially nice to my child. Glad to support the home team and will visit again.

Great vendors, facilities. There really arent any bad seats in the stadium. Would give 5 stars if it had more than one ATM that functioned at any given time.

The bookstore under the stadium is great. They have a decent clearance sale at the end of summer before classes resume if you want discounted OU gear

Beautiful stadium with mainly brick features. Only improving with near-constant renovations. Concession stands have improved with a few options.

Great stadium, lots of food vendors. Kind of expensive, though. A bottle of water costs $4.50 and no outside drinks are permitted inside.

Palace on the Prairie. Every Sooner all over the globe wants to be here on a fall Saturday. Boomer Sooner. There is only one Oklahoma.
