This is completely about the employees, not the building itself. My 4 friends and I havent seen each other in a very long time, and were super excited to hang out. Ever since we walked in the cosmic enterance, a lady working at the desk was extremely condescending and blantley rude. After a while of bowling, we simply asked for bumpers. The guy at the desk grabbed the stick and said sure and then the girl goes " hold on. How young is the youngest in your group. " which is ridiculous because a group of adults next to us had just gotten bumpers. She also gave us an extremely hard time about using a coupon for food and giving us a ball from the back of a room. She lashed out at my friend for requesting a ball from a room near the desk, as there wasnt any balls available for his requested weight. She told him if he wanted it he would have to get it for himself, rolling her eyes, and GOING BACK TO HER PHONE. Not once did she look up from her phone until someone yelled for her attention. It was very clear she didnt want to work there and anyone asking her about anything pertaining to her job made her very upset. Im not sure if its because we were a ( very nice and understanding ) group of teenagers, but that will for SURE be the last time going to nortel. Mugsys will be the new way to go.

The waitress here stole $10 from me. I ordered a pitcher of beer for $8 and handed her a $20. She came back with the pitcher and $1 in change. I told her she had made a mistake on my change when she got in full defensive mode smiling and telling me I only gave her a $10. When I asked to speak to a manager she told me her boss was busy and sent some guy over. The guy proceeded to tell me he watched the video and it was clearly a $10 bill that I had paid with. Even though I gave the waitress my money off camera. These people are thieves. The waitress for sure pocketed my $10! If u hand people money here make sure u do it on camera.!

Had a kids birthday party there. First they put our table right outside the bar door on karaoke night, the singing was bad enough, and I guess the door by lanes 49&50 is where all the resident pot smokers go(drunks and pot smoke) nice. Oh yeah if you want to start a tab they want you to give them your credit card and keep it behind the bar!!!!! Your drivers license isnt good enough. Who does that....hello identity theft. Apparently that is Nortels definition of a COSMIC bowling party!

I love the lanes and food! Two things I wish; 1) easier to find a certain pound ball 2) The staff was a bit more friendly, the waitresses are great but the front desk and the kitchen are just so full of negative attitudes and it brings the energy of the place down.

All the seats at my lane were broken or had nasty stuff on them. I couldnt find a decent bowling ball that fit and several of them were cracked. The pizza was good. Many of the lanes were down on the busy Saturday night.

I will always like this Alley. Food is good, pizza WONDERFUL, cosmic bowling is reasonable priced because it includes pizza and pitcher of pop. The bathrooms do need renovated though.. they are very small.

Everybody loves nortel, not because its the best place to bowl... But because Ben G works there. Ben is honestly the craziest person i know. If Ben is working definitely stop in, you wont be disappointed.

The service wasnt the best, took forever to get waitress and wasnt that busy, saw her talking alot with the other employees. Guy at front counter was not to friendly either

Very boring bowling experience. No music, nothing updated, bland, boring. Id compare it to watching a golf game without being heavily intoxicated.
