The staff is fairly knowledgeable, and as jacks stores go, this is the only one i will shop at. the puppies are healthy and clean, the store is clean, and their fish and reptiles / amphibians are happy/healthy too. They are always well staffed, although usually slow as heck, but if you muster your patience, you will have a good experience at this store. If you are going to shop at a Jacks, I HIGHLY recommend you ONLY shop at this one. The others are absolutely atrocious.

This store is a joke. The assistant manager was awful tonight: talking in weird voices, chatting with her friend while ringing me out. Should not have taken me over 10 minutes with 2 people in front of me in line to get 12 crickets. Last time I shopped here customer service was just as bad and they gave me the wrong size goldfish. I will not be back.
