pI stayed at this hotel this past weekend and I was very sadly surprised with my experience and I am not one to complain. We arrived Saturday and left Sunday at check out. While I was there I got stuck in the elevator for 30 min, the mechanic on site did not know how to reset the elevator once I was stuck so they had to call the fire department. After that I decided to go down to the bar & get 1 drink.... I looked at my bank statement online and somehow I was charged $104 for the "grille" that I never even ate at! I called and they said they are working on it. We were on the 3rd floor and could hear the people above us walking around, flushing the toilet, etc which is very inconvenient when you have a 4 month old and its the Hilton. The lights outside by the fire were burnt out as well. On Sunday the pool was freezing and the hot tub was barely even warm due to the electric going out twice for short amounts of time the night before. If you are going to the Polaris area I would check out a different hotel choice as I was very unimpressed. Now I have to deal with my $104 charge that I clearly never spent! Like I said, I never write reviews but I had to with this because my room alone was $230 for one night and I could have stayed at a $100 per night hotel and saved money. This whole trip ended up being a hassle. I would not recommend this hotel.

Hotel was clean, rooms were a decent size, staff was friendly and professional. I was here for a wedding and none of us had a bad experience, though I can tell you that some of the rooms have showers and not bath/shower combos. Im mainly writing this review to compliment Liz in the lobby bar. She was incredibly friendly, makes a solid Bloody Mary (check em out), and went above and beyond to accommodate our large and boisterous group. Also, Liz somehow managed to convince my sister to stop biting her fingernails after almost 3 decades, so her powers seem to have no limits :-) The hotel is across the street from a great bowling alley and a Dave & Busters, so when our group wasnt at the hotel bar (or the wedding) we definitely had enough to keep us occupied. There are a few other activities in the area, but we didnt check them out. Thanks Liz and the rest of the staff for a great weekend!

Overall, quite nice. I stayed on one of the executive floors and found the room too be large, comfortable, and well appointed. The only flaw was the shower which suffered from a few minor issues (doors didnt slide in the track well and were very heavy, shower head seemed cheap whereas everything else didnt, and you really had to force the knob to get the water all the way off) but these were likely specific to that particular room. The Executive Lounge on the 9th floor was comfy and convenient but I wish it had more food choices for breakfast. The lobby is large and welcoming and a nice place to meet with folks or relax with colleagues.

The worst hotel experience I have ever had and the room was nice till all the hair started showing up. The front desk workers have no respect for anyone and did not care about our stay. There was no communication and attitude from all the front staff. I was double charge for the room and then called back in later and was told call back on Monday to see if they could do anything. I will never stay there again. I highly suggest really looking at your room very closely once you arrive. Just because it says Hilton dont mean it is a Hilton and we found out the hard way.

Likes; Friendly staff, clean modern building, nice furniture, good food, really nice lobby, Dislikes; raised transoms all over the building easily caught my wifes walker and at one point almost caused her to fall. My bathroom had a nice big shower stall but no bathtub. I could only take a shower. The light from the thermostat and radio and the rumbling noise of the in-room refrigerator and air circulation plant were very irritating. I had to devise covers for those little lights and shut off both the fan and the fridge before I could sleep.

Room service was fairly qiuck, 20 minutes for a pizza. Some things are not on the menu but you can still get them and they do service later than the menu says. Water pressure on the 6th floor was pretty weak and the bathroom barely big enough for the door to open into. Beds were ok and the TV channel selection decent but the quality was pretty poor, cut out twice during one movie for 5-10 seconds. Wish the room got colder also, felt like high 60s was as cold as it got although you can "set" the temperature as low as 35.

The room was great and the facility is very nice and well appointed. We had a great night sleep with no issues. Our major problem is with the breakfast the hotel serves. For the two of us to have coffee and the breakfast bar, it cost us nearly $50 and the food was below subpar. I honestly felt embarrassed for the hotel. Ive had much better breakfasts for free at other hotels. I will likely go to this hotel again, but I will most likely never eat there, because the quality does not match the price.

We spent our 21st anniversary at the Hilton. Wed enjoyed a lovely dinner at the new Fishermans Wharf with an attentive, but not obtrusive server. Niki himself checked on us several times - but I digress. We stayed the night of our anniversary and the next day at the Hilton. Our room was lovely, the bar was very very nice and of course the staff was gracious and helpful. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay, and will definitely consider returning in the future

I attended an annual review for my company at the Hilton Columbus/Polaris. The room provided space was adequate for our group, setup in advance and we encountered no issues with the equipment. A gentlemen stopped by to ensure we had everything we needed. The beverage cart with snacks for the group arrived a few minutes late due to a mixup in communication. The miscommunication was quickly resolved and the accomodations were absolutely adequate.

Very nice facility. Queen beds are comfortable but not *the* most comfortable night ever - maybe they are due for replacement. Mostly clean with on-site bar and restaurant near the very spacious lobby. Electrical outlets underneath the lighting fixtures in the rooms dont accept multiple port USB chargers so it can be a challenge finding outlets for numerous devices. In room refrigerator is appreciated, as well as the quiet in-wall A/C unit.

Check in was late. Our room wasnt ready until 4pm. An hour after if should of been. However the room was great and staff was very kind. The room was very clean, and organized. The only thing we would of changed was a small microwave would of been nice in the room. I would also like to mention how painless check out was and how lovely the delayed check out is! We will gladly stay with Hilton again especially the Polaris location.

The hotel wait staff was very nice. The lobby has a tv that you can watch in case youre waiting for anyone. The hotel also has a restaurant called The Bistro. There is a pool and a hot tub located on the main level, ten seconds from the reception desk. The area the hotel is located is hard to beat. Walking distance to everything at Easton. Id recommend staying here for an overnight stay, or a two to three night stay.
