This place is a hidden gem. Went there for wing night and had good beers and food. 5$ per pound And over 26 sauces to choose from. Talking with the bartender melaine she informed me about how all the catering tgey do is from scratch.......wow. thats impressive. They make thier sausage homemade and all tge burgers homemade. That was crazy. You would have never guessed. I cant wait to go back for taco Tuesday. They said tgey serve over 700 at night out of that place. Thats sweet! Want to try thier Saturday night German food specials too. Definitely excited to go back!!

I come here in taco Tuesdays mostly. What is there to say but that its a dive bar with cheap good beer that you can get by the liter, an amazingly large selection of tacos that are all delicious and empanadas too if you want something fried, and a no frills comfortable atmosphere. Most of the time people choose good music on the juke box and the service, while it can be slow, is friendly enough. You come here for what it is and nothing more and thats why it gets 5 stars from me. Always a good place to go on a Tuesday night.

An old German club now open to the public with hall space for rent, or a bar with "home cookin" sold at great value. Expect time tested American fare like meatloaf and mashed potatoes with gravy, or classic German cuisine like schnitzel or in house produced sausages such as Berliner or Frankfurter. All provided at a great value. Grab a German lager like Bitburger or an American domestic in classic pints, or metric glassware (500cl, 1L) and youre all set!

Only in Cleveland can you find Taco Tuesday at a German beer hall! And its not just any Taco Tuesday. They have chicken, beef, pork, and vegetarian options and four or five saucy flavors within those categories. Soft or crunchy tacos are $1.25 each. The beer selection is extensive and the energy level is high. You wont be disappointed.

If you are familiar with Grumpys in Tremont, you will be excited to hear that Grumpy himself is the proprietor of this fine establishment. I have never once been disappointed with my meal. They have Great European and Local Craft beers at amazing prices. And easily the Best Taco Tuesday in Cleveland! Bring the whole family.

Beer and food are adequate, service is less than. Ask the bartender for a beer list, and youre likely to get a mocking glance or a smirk. You cant see whats on tap, so I guess youre supposed to guess what they might have. Its a neighborhood dive, ok if you dont want to spend a lot of money.

The fish here is top notch. However the atmosphere and service will leave something to be desired. Groups will order in sets and wait for food. A great place for a few beers and drink with close friends but groups and dates could do better elsewhere.

I have to say that I thought i found the goldmine for tacos...great tasty choices....but that was until a roach crawled across my plate at the bar...needless to say, i never went back. Too bad too..everyone that worked there was very nice as well.

Walked in, sat for about a minute. and walked right back out. It was dark and smelly. Bartender was very unwelcoming, stared at us from behind the bar without saying a word until we left. Very uncomfortable experience.

Service is hit or miss. Beer selection is appropriate for a German bar. No beer list available and bartender seems bothered to describe whats on tap. Food and drinks are affordable.

Overwhelming scent of urine when sitting at the one table near the wall. Can make a vegan friendly taco on request for taco Tuesday and has massive mugs of beer.

I think the cream was bad in our paprikash, so everybody got sick afterwards. Not the cleanest place either. And the comedians were not very funny.
