I walked in that joint wearing a splash of Aqua Velva, my Three Wolves T, and a million dollar smile...the intesity obviously kicked up a notch. Yes sir, it is fair to say they werent prepared for a big load of me. I ordered a Funky Tut and did a few rock n roll high kicks before opening up shop at the bar. I started sing-shouting "Friends in Low Places" and some other songs I can barely remember the words to. I was a huge hit. When I forgot a word or two, I just mixed in a buddys name or maybe a four-letter shocker. I was laughin-talkin with all those clowns, but it didnt take long for them to ask me to leave. Karen obviously wasntt there because there is no way she would have picked one of those student-"athletes" over me. Great night, but what kind of bar doesnt have fresh watermelon juice?

Me and my girlfriend have gone there once and will probably keep it to just that. This place could be 100Xs better if the dj simply updated his playlist from his 2006s country/pop hits. Otherwise decent bar with a decent dance floor. The crowd consists mostly of young Duke students. So be prepared to tell them how you dont go there. Over and over again. If you do, youll probably fit right in.

Lively and buzzing every time I have been here. Crowd is mostly comprise of duke students. Head there If you really Wana party and dance. Might occasionally find the Duke mens basketball team chilling here.

If youre in to ignorant, overly aggressive hillbilly bouncers grabbing you by your jacket to threaten you (Im a 55" female, btw), this is the bar for you. Otherwise Id stay far, far away.

Definitely a fun place! A bunch of Duke students are always here so it gets a little crazy sometimes...

College bar mostly with games and activities. Very cheap beer and crowded on the weekend nights.
