Its a very informative place to go and several different interactive activities for everyone. However with that being said, quite a few of them are not working. Wasnt impressed with paying $2 (each) a ticket for riding in one exhibit. We all rode in it and the kids wanted to do it again as two different scenarios are offered. It was broken down when we went back to ride again. There are different things there that cost $2 (each) to participate. That doesnt sound like much but with a family of 6, it adds up, especially when the tickets for admittance are not cheap. If you want to watch a movie in the IMax, that too is an extra cost. Would be nice if there was a cafe or restaurant available. There are vending machines available. All in all its a place to go as a family and if you like interactive, informative, scientific activities to do for every one its an okay place to go. It would be much better if everything worked properly as it was intended. Would also be a nice touch to have employees present if you had questions. I would recommend eating before you go unless you want your children/grandchildren or yourself eating vending machine snacks.

Take my daughter here for playing and learning about science. The facility is very good and the IMAX theater is very nice. Would be nice to see things in better condition and maintained when they are broken. I know children are rough on things so some breakage is expected. The play tower is amazing and my daughter had such a great time with it. She also loved the flight simulators. Would be nice to see some more information about the environment/nature.

I really like this museum. Even as a grown up, I think there is still plenty to learn and lots of things to do. Its not really expensive, and you could spend the whole day there. The IMAX movie there is very cool. I enjoyed the experience more than the movie I saw. A little disappointed at the number of exhibits that werent working properly. They also had quite a few exhibits they were still working on. But the ones that worked, were a blast to play with.

Museum of Science and Technology Armory Square Syracuse, NY made for a great afternoon outing for the grandkids from Babcia! It was a treat to watch an 11 and 9 year old get immersed in all the activities at the MOST! The robotics area was a huge hit. Climbing wall was also lots of fun!!! We have visited many times over the past 8 years and love how the exhibits change!!! Fun museum for cold snowy days and hot summer afternoons!!!

This science museum is a great, affordable day trip for families. Not sure how the parking situation is, and they close at 5 pm, but the floors are well laid out, and the exhibits are fun, colorful, and interactive. They have a small planetarium that is very kid friendly, and a big jungle gym play space so the little ones can get their run in. Looking forward to going back and seeing more.

This place has many rotating exhibits and plenty to learn for everyone. The 3 story play space is perfect for kids who just want to play for hours. Its like discovery zone was back in the 90s. They have an actual apothecary from the early 1900s, an imax theater, and tons of interactive exhibits. The pass is totally worth it for unlimited yearly trips!

Super cool but getting a little out dated, it was amazing 20 years ago when I went there, apart from the national grid energy efficient station I didnt see anything new/modern science wise since I was a kid. Dont get me wrong a lot of cool info and things to see just really old science stuff, $30+ for a 2 yr, 6 yr old and one adult seems pretty steep.

The MoST is a place for the whole family. It has a great domed IMAX theater, planetarium and many exhibits. There is even a playhouse for the kids to run around in and burn off some energy. For me it is a great place to bring the kids on those rainy days or even on those really hot days when it is too hot to be outside.

It is a great place for children to interact with different exhibits related to science. Kids will like the large jungle gym and slides as well as the interactive rock wall. There are also things that adults might find interesting as well, such as the how energy is generated display or the toothpick building exhibit.

The MOST is seriously so much fun for kids. The rotating exhibits mean that you can visit multiple times and see different things, but there are certain things that I remember being there as a kid that are still cool now (the photographic wall that you can stand in front of, the giant bubble, etc).

Not impressed, expensive for the routine and typical science exhibits. It was also quite dirty. We spent an hour total, saw a gigantic silver fish on our way out, and we were happy to leave. The only thing we enjoyed was the air traffic control and cockpit exhibit: that was very cool.

My granddaughters love coming here, so this was a fun trip from the start. I always like hands on museums like this. So, of course it was a great time for us together. The MOST would have gotten 5 stars, but some of the displays were not working. Maintenance needs to be caught up!

Very hands on, both parents and kids will like it. Had kids from infant to 14 and all had a good time. Staff was extremely helpful and interested in discussing with kids the science behind exhibits. Make sure to see the miniature exhibit, now in its own room upstairs.

Closed for a private event on a Sunday with no notice other than taped signs on the doors (locked doors) as you approach the entry. Real 1st class museum. I doubt the museum of science and industry in Chicago would just close on a Sunday at 3. Sad syracuse...very sad.

Very reasonably priced, relatively small upsell compared to other museums (though still present, sadly, in the form of the laser maze and space shuttle ride). Some exhibits are really old, but they work well and are as interesting now as they were then.

Museum was pretty good, however three quarters of the exhibits were broken. I understand that there are going to be a couple here and there that are going to be broken from children abusing them, but when that many are broken, the experience is lost.

Just went to the MOST. Make sure to bring socks for the kids, or you will have to buy them in order for your kid to enjoy the one good thing Im the building. That one good thing is the playground. It almost made admission with while.

Fun place to bring the kids; usually educational while being fun. The kids love the indoor 3 story play area (ball cannons, slides, tunnels) which makes for a great end of the day energy burn for them with seats for semi-weary parents.

I love this place. I realized that I was missing a lot of fundamentals in my science knowledge and this being a Muslim geared for kids, I can learn just like I was a kid again. Plus the theater is awesome. So, now I volunteer.
