This an event that I try to attend each year. My grandfather ran a sawmill and a threshing service using the very same machines that you can see in action at the event. It is very well attended. The flea market is an interesting attraction all by itself.

We liked the steam engine games. I cant believe we had to pay full price and we only got there at 6:30 pm though. I think discounted evening prices would draw a bigger crowd. I think that would only be fair. Maybe something to consider in the future.

Biggest Tractor and Steam Engine Show, Ive ever attended on the East Coast. Lots of fun stuff to do. Great for families. Learning about history and how they did things over a century ago. Im definitely going next year.

What an awesome place! Kids love it and its a way to stay in touch with the history of the industrial revolution. The folks that support and maintain Rough & Tumble are incredible.

If old tractors, engines and machinery are things you enjoy, go to the annual Threshermans Reunion in August! There are other events but this one is worth traveling for.

What A spectical. Not sure where to look next to be amazed and harkened back to a simpler time. Or was it?
