Jamie the manger and her staff are two faced, I had an incident and she wont even expect an apology. I believe everyone deserves a second chance but she doesnt believe that, even our lord gives you second chances in life. Here is an update 6 months passed and they will still not allow me to bowl their, people are human but in their eyes Im not. The manager Joe is a liar because he said we could review the situation and wouldnt even give me a chance again.

I called at 5 pm to verify prices and lane availability after 9 pm. I arrived at 9:20 pm was told to wait 15 minutes and the price increased upon what I verbally verified and what was present on their website. I remained calm while I was treated in a nasty manner. Others were taken ahead of me while the manager knew I waited for a lane. They didnt honor their prices online or over the phone and I waited 45 minutes. Unreliable and unethical.

Staff was incredibly rude and belittling. They acted as if I was being a nuisance by asking simple questions and wouldnt look me in the face. Their responses were mostly grunts and shoulder shrugs. This is NOT the place to go if enjoy a pleasant atmosphere and courteous customer service. It was a terrible experience. I would suggest spend your money where people appreciate it and not at RVC lanes.

Very family friendly atmosphere. The staff is polite and willing to help. I have also attended many birthday parties here and never had a complaint. (both child and adult) . They are frequently on Groupon and have other specials from time to time. Bumpers are available for kids as are the assistants to help the kids role the ball down the lane.

Great place to bowl! I went after 9:30pm for unlimited bowling for 10 bucks a person. Great deal! Had a couple of rum and cokes from the bar and was pleasantly surprised that the bartender put a decent amount of rum in each one. Overall a fantastic place to bowl if youre looking!

I visited with the family for a childs birthday party. The kids all had pizza and cake and the opportunity to bowl. It was really fun watching the little ones bowl, it seemed that the smallest kids always were picking up the biggest bowling ball.

Recently remodeled and under new management, its my favorite alley. The owner is an old pro; hes a great guy and isnt shy to give you a free lesson here or there. Clean, good bar and food, lanes arent too slick either. Highly reccomended

Ive been going and bowling here as a kid. Ive seen the improvements as they came. The result today is a clean, enjoyable bowling alley which deserves a chance to site you why its an awesome alley to go to.

My family and I had a great time at this place. The place was clean and well lit. The staff was friendly and attentive. I wasnt a fan of the pizza though. We will be returning very soon.

Very good experience. As others have indicated, under new r from a long time bowling lane owner from Brooklyn. Very welcoming and friendly when my friends and I with kids went there.
