My family reserved one of the private rooms/booths for a birthday occasion. It was a fun night and the room performed its intended function (being a karaoke room), but the food options were disappointing, the room was not sound-proof, 50% of the music selection was in another language (there was still a lot of English songs, but Ive seen bars hold karaoke nights with far larger music libraries), and *every* payment added gratuity automatically. My sisters got a couple drinks, separate from the main bill (which was paid hours before when most of the family headed out) and they decided to split the cost by one person covering the cost of the drinks and the other leaving the tip; when handed a cash tip along with the two-drink bill, the server didnt say anything about auto-gratuity. It was a fun evening, but that was more due to the company and less the locale or service. I dont regret going, but doubt I would choose to return.

I came to this place for a bachelorette party. We arrived relatively early and the place was empty (no complaints since we had the bar to ourselves). After our first drink we were brought to our own private karaoke room. In the room we had our own TV screen, microphones and interactive screen to pick out the songs we wanted to sing. There were some technical problems with the screen we were using. At one point the songs werent even in English. We still managed to find some popular songs we liked (in English). We ordered appetizers, which were fine. You really cannot screw up mozz sticks, beer pretzles and pizza rolls! All in all, it was a fun time. When we were leaving the place it seemed very busy. Fun atmosphere for sure.

This place was a ton of fun. The only downfall I had was the song selection seemed to be more aimed towards an Asian crowd. I only say this as there was a spinner next to the computer where you select your songs which I had no idea how to use. It was filled with a bunch of different areas like wheel of fortune but they were all filled with Japanese or chinese (no idea sorry) characters. Plus at least half the songs were that as well. The songs they did have that we we knew we all enjoyed and it had enough to keep us all entertained and singing for the few hours we were there. I feel like going again anytime soon would be a mistake though as we would end up singing the same songs over and over again.

If you would have asked me 6 months ago I would have nothing but great things to say.... My last 2 visits here have been the worst. Rude bartenders who are not consistent with prices or size glasses the drink goes into....now you have to pay to sing and with a very limited playlist....We have 2 Groupon we purchased because we USE to really enjoy ourselves but I will be requesting a refund. Go back to the way you were when you first opened....these new rules suck and you have lost my business along with those that came with me

There are private rooms available for groups to rent at an hourly rate. These rooms are all themed and can be found on the website. The sound proofing is good and you can barely hear whats going on between rooms. The sound system is good with song selections from English, Korean, and Chinese songs with a limited selection of Japanese songs. The songs are a bit old and new songs take a while to become available, but this is normal. The service here is good and there is a small selection of food as well as drinks.

Booked a 25 person room for ~$100. 20% added gratuity means not having to worry about dealing with tip stuff later and having an always-friendly and helpful server. Our server (Nicki?) kept every persons tab straight and set up the birthday-cake we brought perfectly (candles, knife, plates, spoons). Would definitely do again!

Its very overpriced for what they offer you. They offer an assortment of songs, with a lot of variety but good luck finding anything with their poorly coded machines. Youll spend more time looking for the song you want, than actually singing and enjoying yourselves. The plus is that their service staff was very kind.

The place is filthy & the girls there have horrible customer service. Ive never walked into a karaoke place & just got an awkward stare from employees. The blonde acted like she didnt even want to address is when we cancelled our order. Overall probably the worse place Ive been to on my entire trip.

Just stopped there on with a bus full of people celebrating a 21st birthday. Doors open and people inside. They said they were closed and sent away a party of 16. On the door it states they are open nightly 4pm-2am. They said not tonight. When we asked them about it, there was no response.

This place has a nice setup but owner is complete rip off. Had 10 people with us. Guys charge all of us $8 each per hour when only 2 people from group use room. Nice way to make your money when u charge my card for over $250 without my permission. Im not cheap but principle

This spot is a hidden gem in Rochester! The atmosphere is fun and chic and the drink specials are unbeatable. They have pretty much any song (with video) you could want in multiple languages. This is a great place to meet up with friends and have a good time!

Went for a private party. Hard to navigate the system to find songs. Food served cold and underwhelming. Paid extra for chicken on my nachos and got none. Beer served warm. Servers were awesome and quick and things I disliked had nothing to do with them.
