SUMMARY: The staff was uninviting and rude. I would not come here if you are in a large group. The details are below. I went to this winery with a group of about 30 yesterday. We included this winery in our self-made wine tour because we had heard good things about it in the past. I was the coordinator in my group and I collected the money from everyone ahead of time to make it easier on the winery since we were such a large group. Over the phone, I was told $6 for 4 wine tastings and we get to keep the glass. I collected money from 22 individuals for the tastings. I kept my group together as one of the employees were checking IDs at the door. She already seemed very flustered. I went first and I was telling her who was in my group so we could stick together. The ladies inside were distributing the glasses and I was trying to help so we could streamline the process and make things faster. Each glass had 4 tickets for tastings, except one of my friends only had 3 tickets. He asked for one more and the employees got upset and said "No it should only be 3." I mentioned we were not part of the event that was taking place this weekend and that everyone else was getting 4 tickets. They REFUSED to give my friend a fourth ticket. Whoever was not participating in tasting was patiently waiting for us outside the physical building. I made special note to make sure everyone was under control and not being obnoxious. I stepped outside myself after I was done with the tastings. All of a sudden, the first employee that was checking IDs was running towards me telling me our chauffeur was calling for everyone back to the bus. I immediately knew this was NOT TRUE as our driver for the day particularly liked our group. I asked him personally if the lady had complained about us and he said, "Yes, she thinks you guys were being too loud. I told her I havent had a problem with you all day though and Im not sure what she was talking about." I started calling my group back to the bus so we could leave this uninviting winery. As I was calling people back, I saw the same lady yelling at people from MY GROUP to get back to the bus. I thought this was ESPECIALLY rude, seeing as how I was already rounding up my group and majority of us were already back on the bus. Because of the rude, uninviting staff, and how unwelcoming they all were to my group, I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND COMING TO THIS WINERY. Especially not with a large group because they clearly are unable to handle too many people at once. Im not sure why they cant, seeing as how they are a winery and fall seasons are always busy. If you have a large group DO NOT COME HERE.

Dont ask to use the restroom!! they will tell you to USE THE PORT A POTTY ALONG THE MUDDY DRIVEWAY! Its November!! The first stop of the day. We left and made a stop 5 minutes later. Only for me to realize when i paid for my tasting, she gave me the incorrect change. I paid with a $20 and she gave me change as if i paid with a $10. We called immediately. They were rude towards me on the phone when i called about the error that was made. During the tasting they were only worried about me handing them the ticket for each taste. I bought 2 bottles and they are the last 2 i will purchase from this establishment. There are Other local wineries, who seem to make you comfortable and wanted. After this experience, i wasnt even in the mood to continue the trail.

Our server was very unpleasant. We partook in a wine tour with our friends and Honeymoon being our favorite wasnt part of the ticketed event but we went anyway. We paid for our samples and the bartender was UNBELIEVABLY rude. She kept asking where our tickets came from. Uhm excuse me, we are not poor. Tf. She was incredibly rude: every time I go to honeymoon I leave with no less than a case of wine and I always leave with multiple cheese spread as well as wine favors. Today I bought NOTHING because our server was so RUDE. Just because youre old maam doesnt mean we are. You should take your own advice and grow up, we were just having fun.

Wines are made for the non-wine drinker. If you like drinking overly sweet grape juice while juggling for a post at the tacky bar with 20 girls particpating in a bachlorette party then this is for you. The winemaker did not answer questions while asked about their "chillin" wine process (how it differed from ice wine), the crowd was not only novices in wine but only interested in slamming back cheap tastings. That is the only highlight actually...the $2 for 4 tasting. Do not ask the person behind the bar to pick their favorites, they will only provide you with the ultra sweet ones.

I came to this winery because of all of the rave reviews it recieved. Well, neither my husband nor I were impressed. The servers ignored us for a good while before informing us that there was a $4 tasting fee to taste a maximum of four wines. It sounded like a rip-off but we tried it anyway. Between the two of us we tried eight different wines, none of which we would even consider buying a bottle of. This whole process took a while because the servers generally ignored us the entire time and couldnt give any details about the wine. Waste of time and money.

We absolutely LOVE this place. The owner, Lori, was so helpful. She even introduced us to her wine maker who answered all of our questions.....and then some. The decor is very nice and comfortable as well. If you are looking for some great wine and a pleasnt staff, go here. We will be back!

We arrived at 5pm on a Monday. The lights were all on, the "Open" sign was lit up, the shop was completely empty, and the door was bolted. No explanation for why they werent open. We went down the road to Freedom Run instead and had a great time.

Five stars for sure. We go there yearly, or more, never left with less than a case. People are friendly, helpful, knowlegable- and we love the varieties of wine available. Something for everybody there I think.

Woman was rude. We walked in and she greeted us with "you have two minutes for tasting", and proceeded to ask us to pay $3 each for tasting. No "hello" or "welcome"! So we left.
