Not a bad theater except for some of the local kids that show up at movies during opening night. One guy was kicking the back of my chair and when I told him to stop, he started getting angry and threatening. It wasnt until we threatened the usher on him that he shut up. But afterwards, leaving the movie, he drove by in his car cursing at us. This really destroys the movie going experience and is one reason why people stop going to the movies. Who knows what the mental state of this guy was? He could have been violent. The theater management needs to make sure their theaters are safe and a family experience for everyone so that one bad egg doesnt ruin it.

Comfy recliner seats and you can reserve your seat. Even when you have your seat reserved, go before the movie actually starts cause there are a lot of people that will try to sit somewhere else even though they chose their bad seats. It happens every time, people moving to better seats and then having to move, sometimes during the movie! If you bought your ticket and chose a seat, keep it! There are more and more theaters with these new recliner chairs and reserved sitting on Long Island and Queens!

Pretty decent theater, especially after the recent changes. The new seats are great and the IMAX screen is fantastic. I wish the reclining seats were in the IMAX theater, but they went with more standard plush seats instead, probably to get more seats in there. Parking is still unfortunately horrendous, especially when theres a big movie playing. Thats probably the biggest issue here. The parking situation has actually made me miss movies before! If that gets fixed, thus will be a fantastic theater.

Honestly the place isnt so bad. The staff works really hard at what they do. So yes occasionally they wont be 100% happy but thats because they have a lot of people coming in and out. The place is clean and nothing really gross is happening there. The tickets are pricy but what movie theater isnt. Go if youre close and the movie you want to see is playing there. Dont drive all the way there if you have a movie theater closer to you because youll feel like it isnt worth the drive even if it is.

This is our go to theatre any time we actually go. The seats are some of the best with mechanical reclining seats. Though Ill admit it much he be smaller ago if you do plan to go to a big movie reserve seats early on if you want a good seat, though later in the time of the movie you could easily pick any place you want. If you dont like reserving seats though this is not for you though. It will take a few extra moments too pick if you come in late. Very comfortable for standard, 3d or IMAX.

This is my FAVORITE theater. The new seating is awesome. The seats are leather roomy reclining seats that are fall asleep in comfortable. Yes you have to reserve certain seats. BIG DEAL. Plan ahead. It is so comfortable to watch a movie in there why would anyone go anywhere else..... wait.. good review not good for me.... Its terrible i tell you! never go there. ( More room for me) lol

My experience was rather nice. The staff was friendly.. The theater I watched a movie in was clean and rather large.. Also the seats were so comfortable. The armrests were actually an arms length for once, my first time experiencing that... I did not check out the concession prices though Im sure they are just as high as any other movie theater, maybe more...

Clean, modern cinema with awesome reclining leather chairs. Comfy seats really does make a massive difference. My only complaint was the cinema wasnt dark enough when the film was on, I dont want to be able to see everyone else. Not sure I would go back because of that reason, though could have just been a one off as I havent been there before.

Great theater, great screens, seats and staff. Im not 100% sure if all auditoriums have electric reclining seats but recently I saw 2 movies there and both had them. Lots of parking in the front and rear of the building. Beware, while there is a Starbucks on the property, you can not bring outside-purchased-food or drink in to the theater.

I very rarely go out to the movies. 2X in 25 years. UA Farmingdale, New York was clean, they had excellent customer service from the ticket booth to the concession stand to the ushers and even the cleaning crew! Everyone was wonderfully polite and respectful. Ill most likely return.

I generally find most movie theatres horribly managed, but Ive never actually had a problem at this one in particular, so I cant find any excuse to rate it poorly. I dont eat the food here typically, though. Their imax theatre has the new chairs going around--but they dont recline.

Went today. They did put in better seating. Reclining chair and little tables that swing in front of u with cup holders. We sat in the 3rd row and it didnt seem like it was too close, lots of leg room. Nice theater. Very clean. People are very friendly. Love the reclining seats!!

Horrible. If you go to their website they will have the time and schedule for their movies. When you get their they tell you your movie is not playing. When you ask why, they say the site could be wrong. When you ask how, they say "the site is not updated". Totally unacceptable.

Great movie theatre !!! Especially the rewards beniefet card. Which the more you use it. The more perks you unlock. & you have to get the nice theater with the recliner seats. That make the movie experience that much better. Where you can watch movies in style & relaxation !!!

Upgraded to recliner seating and reserved seating so the experience is better compared to regular theaters around. Rest rooms are comparatively clean and tidy. They should add some healthy food option with their whole range of usual theater junk foods.

Last visit was a disappointment. The fire alarms went off for now reason and they could not continue to show our movie. I think that the sound of the person talking should be heard over the movie in case it was a real emergency.

Recently saw 2 movies here. Both theatres were clean, with huge comfortable reclining chairs. Temperature was comfortable, volume was perfect. And reserved seating is a huge plus, all multiplexes should have this by now.

I will never recommend this horrible movie theather. service was terrible. and the woman at the food counter took all of my money. Literally! this was complete nonsense wasting my gas. ill go to another movie theather.

Comfortable but do not eat that food. Popcorn and other snacks meet expectations. Other more exotic meals are frozen and heated by microwave. Looks nothing like the photos. Fast and easy refund from the manager.

Last time we went there they screwed up the movie. The theater staff were not very proactive in fixing things and then the manager on duty was surly when we asked for a refund. Havent been back since.

Pricey movie - $13.50 per adult. Movie theater was clean. Love the motorized reclining seats, spacious room and table for your drinks. Defiantly will come here again for any of the big movies.

Absolutely the best. I have problems sitting in a most movie theaters which overrides my desire to see the movie. Not here! I look forward to going to the movies when I can go to this theater.
