A beautiful collection of art. They have several Winslow Homers on display, as well as other american artists. There are two galleries that change throughout the year as well, featuring exhibits from all over the country! I really enjoy this museum. Its small, but it packs a lot of inspiring and interesting information. I highly recommend you visit! The staff is also very friendly and courteous. Theres a small snack/coffee bar and cute gift shop, too!
Worth the Stop! Wonderful museum with beautiful masterpieces from Winslow Homer. Learn about the history of the Beech-Nut company and its influence on the community. An easy stop right off the Thruway. It is the perfect way to break up a long trip. Grab snacks at museum shop. Read to your kids at the Public Library (which is housed in the same complex). Museum staff were friendly and helpful.
Lovely tea party and terrific craft with yarn doll at the library today. Thank you to the ladies for sharing in such a meaningful way..
We chose the worst weekend ever to visit. 2 galleries were closed getting set up for a new exhibit. Still a nice stop.
