My wife hosted our sister-in-laws bachelorette party here. The bartenders were unprofessional and towards the end of the night, a disgruntled bartender ended up throwing a drink in my wifes friends face because she thought she wasnt getting a tip. Employees who worked there were very rude. The manager was informed about the drink being thrown by his employee, not only did he make my wife pay but he didnt say anything to his employee regarding the incident. If I could give this place negative stars, I would.

Suprised to see other reviewers feeling the same way, the bouncers here are horrible, seems like they are on roids and are just looking for people to beat them up or push /shove them for no reason ,I have seen them beating so many people in front of my eyes..worst was the bouncer sqeezing the neck of a 5.6 slim asian guy(what harm can they do) for absolutely no reason... drinks are above averaged priced but watered down, crowd has too many guys...sad to see this place go down like that.

I enjoy dancing in a bar and watch basketball game while taking a break from dancing, or vise versa. So i went to Perle to dance one night and ask the bar girl to turn on the TV so I can watch the game. She told me it is not a sports bar and the boss do not give them the permission to turn on the TV. You need a permission to turn the TV on for your customer? Are you try to cut down utility bill? Then what the hell for hanging 2 flat screens in the bar? decoration? I just dont get it.

For a club in NJ, Perle is really good! I went on a Friday and the music was great, the sound system is perfect with plenty of bass and the crowed was ethnically mixed. The bartenders and the bouncers were cool with me. As far as some people saying the staff was rude, the female bartenders probably dont want to seem too friendly because then they will get hit on by every drunk patron there. I dont know, I dont expect everyone to kiss my butt just because I paid a cover charge.

I like Perle, and I recently celebrated my birthday there. I called the day before my birthday to ensure my party and I would have a table. When we arrived at Perle, not only did we have a table, as promised, but I was offered a free bottle of champagne to celebrate my birthday! Each time I go, staff is always courteous, the bouncers are nice, and the drinks are great! More clubs/lounges need to be like this place.

Has to be the worst Latin night place in the state. Dont ever come here for Latin night, you will regret it. They charge close to $20 for both men and woman, which is fine if the place is good, but then you go inside and theres about 10 people in the whole place. Management needs to Seriously change up the DJ and promoter, so much potential here yet its always a disappointment

Avoid this place. Apparently Im not the only person whos been harassed by the bouncers. Instead of peacefully asking people to leave they do not hesitate and get violet with paying customers. Was carried out by my throat and then told by management that "they have no recollection of it." Not worth it at all - stay far away from this place

We went to PERLE for this weekend, the Staff working here are very rude. This place is very much over rated like some club in NYC. But the fact is that PERLE is worthless, absolutely no need of $15 as entry ticket, the drinks are also expensive and there was very small crowd. Nothing is good here at PERLE..........

Worst place alive, bouncers act like they run the place, owner is never there, they are very racist especially the fat white bouncer with spiked up hair n the other white guy with the beard, they have also been shut down for drugs before when they cAlled them selves plATINUM NIGHTCLUB, not a good place at all. Horrified by my experience here. Im a local doctor and I was apparently mistaken for someone else (another person of my race likely) and I was physically taken from the bar and removed from the premises by some brute. I strongly discourage anyone except, perhaps, skin head types from attending.

I went last night and would come back. I enjoyed myself. The staff was very friendly except 1 bartender. She had an attitude. I didnt know what her problem was. She bumped into me instead of saying sorry she became a b_____. Maybe bcz it was her nasty nappy hair.

Great lounge style club. Little strict on the dress code. Check with their website. Good for hosting events. Always a good DJ spinning in two different rooms with different vibes. $15 cover for guys. Kinda pricey but you get a good time out of it.

Anyone from the area knows that this is the only night club in New Brunswick. Too bad it has low standards. If youre late twenties or older, looking to get away from the undergrad crowd, or use to the club scene in NYC, than this place is not for you.

Had my fiancees 30th bday party here and it was amazing!!! Everything was perfect from the helpful girl that booked the party to.... the cute guy at the door (dont tell my fiancee LOL) We will definitely be back to party at Perle Thanks again

Music Sucks!! Believe me, Im eager to dance and this doesnt let me do it, Dj stops every 30 seconds to start another song and he doesnt respect any genre, he goes from hip hop to reggaeton and then he comes back to hip hop

Thursday night is Latin night, and may I be the first German-Polish man to say... I love Latin Thursdays at Perle. Attentive bartenders. Great DJ mix. And friendly, gregarious patrons dancing up a storm on the floor.

Saturday night summer crowd was strange, not the fun-loving type (except for the cougars), dance floor extremely small too close to bar, DJ was only playing older music. Dont waste your time or money on this place.

Every time ive gone up there, i have a great time . We go on Thursdays, their salsa night, with DJ Dany Joshua. The entire staff is inviting, and courteous. Just an awesome time all the way around.

Used to meet there for church on Sundays. Great place, loved it. Always a little surreal to have childrens Sunday school in a VIP room with a fully stocked bar, but no bad memories about Perle.

Music wasnt good, I forgot my license but had a photo copy of my license, I had to pay $20 extra (apart from the cover charge). First experience of bribe in the US.

beats are generally on point. i have only gone on Friday nights recently. Can get pretty packed sometimes, but usually not.
