As a exhibitor this has to be the most rude and difficult staff to EVER deal with. If you do not purchase their services at thousands of dollars to move your stuff they will have you park on the curb and haul you stuff up ramps. Not enough that we purchased booth space, are a start up company and do not have large tradeshow budgets but then to be treated along with lots of others like we were trying to cheat the system by setting our own stuff up was awful! There might be a reason Atlantic City is in so much trouble... maybe a little human kindness and stop the price gouging might help!! Probably my last show EVER there!! and hopefully my last visit!

The classrooms are nice, adequate technology, the staff is courteous. It is in a convenient location; lots of hotels in the area for a convention.New Jersey Transit trains are connected to the convention center. The food and drinks are very overpriced in the convention center $4 for a bottle of soda. The Convention Center parking lot filled up quickly when I was there and I needed to find a private parking lot in the area which was a little bit of a hassle. Overall it is a pretty good place to have a convention, + Atlantic City is a lot of fun.

I recently went there this past weekend to the AnimeNEXT convention that was being held there. The building is huge with four floors and numbers rooms and panels on each floor. I believe there are places to eat inside the convention center, but I never went only because eating out can get expensive. There is a single level parking lot that does cost about $10 or $15. The parking is paid right before you leave and isnt a timed parking. Just, if you leave and come back, you have to pay for another parking fee.

I was here for a conference, and it was okay. The "free WiFi" was garbage, and getting a regular phone signal could be difficult in some of the locations. The mark-up on food and water is pretty insane. Parking was a bit expensive. But the lobby area was nice. The main floor is huge, with tons of room for vendor booths. The individual meeting rooms were pretty good for classes ranging from 20 to 60 people. As far as convention centers go, its one of the few Ive had experience with, and its decent.

Was recently here for the RV show. The center is still ok, but they dont take advantage of all the amenities they have to offer. While they have several food stands available, they only had one open. It resulted in unnecessarily long lines. Additionally, they only put out two small tables for customers to eat at. I found it unacceptable for a show taking place during a holiday weekend. Additionally, the bathrooms were disgusting. They were not clean or well maintained and smelled awful.

I hope I NEVER have to work another show here. The wi-fi was $259 PER device from Smart City and Ryan, the GM of the CC, was not a bit of help and wanted to argue in front of my customers about trying to get a refund on the 5th day of show due to only having a single full day of internet. There is no exhibitor lounge, the restrooms had issues and floors were always covered in water, making them slippery. Not enough soap dispensers worked for the number of sinks.

I recently visited the Atlantic City Convention Center for 2016s AnimeNext. The venue itself was extremely spacious and easy to get around. Everything was as clean as you can hope for from a Convention Center. There is a Sheraton Hotel immediately across from the venue for travellers, as well as a Tanger Outlet for shopping. After a day at the Convention Center, visitors can always visit the Casinos for a bit of fun or high end cuisine.

Great hotel! We booked a deluxe king room but I guess bc we arrived so late, they were sold out. Instead of just giving us two twin beds, they upgraded us to a suite! Everything was clean and the room had a great view. The tun tavern was delicious and the waiter, I think his name was Steve, was great. Id definitely go back again. Its close enough to the casinos but far enough from the hustle and bustle of the gamblers and partiers.

Overall a great facility. Visited this convention center for beerfest, it was done really well! Staff handled the crowd very well, and the process to get into the event was very smooth. Only downside is the reception inside the convention center isnt the best, but I guess thats to be expected with such a large crowd.

I personally enjoy the under the ocean theme of this place, its not just another big building for conventions (I know its a conventions center) its very suitable for about any kind of events, very easy and convenient location, close to public transportation, visible from about anywhere in the city.

I would give them 5 stars since the facility is large and clean but the parking is very tough. Went for the boat show and had to park several blocks away. Had to walk in the cold but it was still worth it. I was also able to stop at Bass Pro Shops along my walk which wasnt so bad.

This is a fairly "conventional" convention center: lots of session rooms, close to good eateries, can accommodate lots of people. But.... They charge pretty much for wifi (no convention center should charge anything) and there arent many places to get food inside.

big place. the food in the food court has improved tremendously over the years. I think this year has been the best and I would highly recommend trying any of the fresh sandwiches they make while you wait. The convention hall is clean as well as the bathrooms.

Large halls, virtually no food on site, area restaurant s completely understaffed for scheduled conventions, convention restroomsrarely kept up by cleaning crew, how this place continues to be a viable convention option is boggling

There is a toooon of space and it was very clean and all of the people working there were kind and helpful. It was kinda cold in the Convention Center though so bring a sweatshirt, but other than that, I had a great experience.

Was recently there for AnimeNEXT 2017 and the convention space is fabulous. Extremely spacious, with numerous halls/exhibition rooms, an abundance of outlets near the sitting areas and benches, and its kept very clean.

Was a vendor here and they use signal jammers to block wifi hotspots so they you have to pay inflated rates to use their internet. It has been reported to the FCC for illegal use of jamming devices

Its a large convention center. Was there for 2017 Animenext! Great time, wonderful community, but if I had to rate the building, Id say its spacious and modern. Nothing bad I can say about it.
