Whether you are into Native American culture, pioneer days, the old west, the Oregon Trail, railroads, the American Road, or even general Americana, this place has you covered at an affordable price. It is a much better Westward Expansion Museum than the one at the Gateway Arch. Ive passed beneath it multiple times, but Im glad that I stopped today!!! Generous and easy RV and Semi Truck Parking!

Ive noticed this many, many times while travelling but hadnt felt I could spare the time to check it out. This last time I did have time and Im glad I stopped to see it. The exhibits are first-rate and there are a LOT of them. The only thing missing for me is a restaurant. I was hungry and would have really liked being able to sit down and have something to eat.

Great place to stop and spend time along I-80 in NE. The exhibits are fantastic and the audio tour is perfect--just the right amount of info to keep my 7&9 year olds interested before moving onto the next thing (less than 2 minutes per audio stop) This is absolutely worth the admission price! What a great find!!
