For the price, this steakhouse was very underwhelming. When we ordered, we asked if my husband could get two sides instead of the salad, as he is not a salad eater. When the bill came, we were charged $2.00 for an "additional side." This charge, of course, was never mentioned originally. By the time it came to pay the bill, we were so frustrated with the rest of our visit that my husband said to just pay the d*** $2.00! We ordered our food and I got my salad. We then sat...and sat...and sat...waiting for our food. Waiting for drink refills also just added to the whole frustration. My husbands Diet Coke sat empty for over 15 minutes at one go-around! We waited approximately 45 minutes for our meal. When it did finally arrive, my husband didnt get his baked potato. It would be just "a couple minutes" for that. Finally, as he was almost done with his meal, his baked potato appears. Also, we inquired about bread. We were advised that they had run out of bread. Our server had "looked all over back there for some." I had the prime rib and my husband had the strip. The steaks were average, at best. They were, however, cooked to the perfect temperature as requested - a perfect medium rare. I did enjoy my cocktail very much. It was called "The Alamo." A cocktail made with tequila, cream of coconut and pineapple juice. It was frothed, served in a coconut rimmed glass. Delicious! Just a big disappointment for us, as we have been to some pretty incredible steakhouses. Think twice before investing your money and TIME here.

Biggest disappointment. We started off with wine and the artichoke dip. They had two options of cabernet unless you bought a bottle and it was the worst cabernet Ive had. The dip was great but the baguette was completely black on one side, you could smell it was burnt when it was brought to the table. About a half hour went by before she brought back the dip with un-burnt baguette. When we ordered our steaks the dry aged sounded good but we figured it was our first time here lets try a regular rib eye to test things out. My boyfriend asked for his steak with very little pink and the waitress went on telling us how they always cook their steaks true to temperature. We ran out of baguette and still had about half the dip left so when our waitress eventually did come back around we asked for more and another 30 min went by and she brought back two pieces. Our food came out shortly after and his steak was more rare than mine. We sent it back and it was 45 min before it came back, still extremely pink but the waitress was snooty telling us how they do it to temperature and what not. Rarely can we get a babysitter for a date night and I regret we wasted it here. On top of everything we were overcharged for the wine and she never came back from the kitchen so we paid and left. There was ONE other table and it took 3 hours to get our food and eat! Go anywhere else.

The wait we had until our food finally arrived at our table was 1hr. This was a Sunday and they maybe had 5 tables being used. Kids overpriced Spaghetti and Meatballs ($11) were horrible. The noodles were hard and their resolution to fix the problem was to microwave the heck out of the bowl. They were still hard! I had a "ribeye" maybe a 1/4" thick and was literally all grease and fat. Absolutely hands down no question the worst steak Ive ever had, made me gag! Fettuccini was great! The ladies working were trying but overall, youre paying for quality you dont get! In either the food or service. I would definitely recommend you steer clear of this place.

My husband and I went to Coppermill for the first time last night (8/18) and I can only say great things about the food and the service! Our waiter was Jerry and he made sure we had everything and gave top notch service! The only bad thing was we didnt have room for dessert!! ;) For those that give bad reviews because its too pricy its not a chain steakhouse so if you want that then go to Whisky Creek. We loved the atmosphere and felt like we were in someplace other than Nebraska!

Well my wait wasnt long. But it was cold inside even for a warm day. The dry aged steak I ordered was not seasoned well. I was expecting some kind of wow factor for a steak that price. I was let down. My wife and I both went home with a upset stomach. It was cooked well though.

Noisy experience due to poor acoustics. High prices and small portions. The best part of my eating experience was the grilled caesar salad. Its actually quite good. Five people, no booze, $186. The insult was fried calamari made of formed ground "meat" shaped in sticks.

The wait was FOREVER!! Steak tasted like it was thrown on burners Frozen, tough with no flavor. Hate the big chain steakhouses because its always the same thing, but with experiences like this, at least they are always a safe bet!!

My colleague had the 45 day aged Rob eye and I had the 30 day version. Both excellent but genuinely a better cut for the former... better taste and experience. All in all, an expensive dinner but fine tasting and true to Nebraska

Ive been there twice. The food was cold both times. They do not have steak sauce and charge extra for aujus. Overall the food was Ok but for the price I could get more food with more choices at any other steakhouse in town.

A wonderful place youd expect to find in a much larger community. The food was all home made. The steaks were wonderful. The booze was top shelf and so was the service. Expect to throw some dough. Its worth it.

Best salmon Ive ever had! Its sad they got rid of the smoked salmon but the cedar salmon is still good. The seafood at this place is a must try - including the lobster roll!

Overpriced restaurant. Small portions for the price and the food was not that great.
