Had to wait about 40 min. to get a table outside, but to be expected on a Sat. night. Very nice ambiance on the patio! However, the course of the night changed quickly. Service very slow. When food came out, there was a weird thick layer of dust (the waitress said it was pollen from the trees that landed while she carried it over..but my husbands plate had none??? weird.) I sent it back and she just but the same food on a new plate. I told her that was gross; my food would have the dust on it from the dirty plate. I told her i wasnt hungry anymore because of it and just to take it back. She insisted on bringing a new meal out and I refused. STILL she cam back with a "new" one about 2 min. later which im sure was the same one (considering it took an hour for the first meal to come out!) I did try it (I had the Chicken Picatta) out of hunger, and it was so disgusting with no flavor. WORST FOOD EVER! I left the rest. And then she charged me for it on the bill!!! (but with a friendly 25% the dishs price (not the entire bill) off for my troubles. Oh, and the manager that came to talk to me after i sent my food away must have been the same one everyone else has commented about, because he was very unhelpful and insisted my plate wasnt dirty, it must have just been pollen that fell from a tree. **But on another note, the time there before that was the New Years Eve dinner they advertise and it was the best dining experience ever! Great food and service! (but note, the chef for that night gets brought in from the outside, hes not the usual chef). Basically, dont go there on any normal night, just the New Years Eve "Dinner and Wine" night.

Where should I start... Entering the restaurant, the sevice seemed very good but the experience was not up to expectation being my first time eating at this establishment. The table where i was seated was very rocky and the seat was far worse! I could almost just rock over onto the floor....how dangerous if i had brought a child with me! You should get that fixed ASAP! Even though I do not eat with my elbows on the table, its pretty sad that i still witnessed the table rocking when the food was sat down. The place smelled like TERRIBLE BODY ODOR even with all the candles around the facility, how disgusting & disappointing never the less... Food was pretty good, and the waitor was very nice and friendly but still could have improved with more visits to the table and a refill could help without a request. The mens bathroom was clean but looking down, I found myself standing on a drop door.. I do not like that i kicked into the handle of it, I felt like thats VERY dangerous, It doesnt matter if it was locked or whatever to make that safe. In my opinion, that definitely should be covered up with a rug. I DO NOT see myself eating there again since my experience at a Main Street Restaurant was very under my expectations. I have been to two other restaurants in the same area and I have been happy with mostly every single thing. I really urge this establishment to work on every single thing their customers are putting into these reviews because by the overall look of others plus mine, its not looking very well for you guys. Have A Blessed Day To Whom Ever is Reading(:

The evening started out horrible by the staff making us feel unwelcome by telling us they could not accomadate our party of 10. The staff was rude and unprofessional! When we finally sat down outside (the temp. was 30 degrees outside) our waitress barely came to our table to take orders let alone bring silverware, refill coffe and waters, and half of our group didnt get thier food!! Our party was on a time limit so when we decided we were leaving we couldnt find our waitress to pay our bill, the manager said he would come over and help us, he didnt, when we finally found the manager again he was rude and unprofessional. He made us feel like our bad service we recieved was OUR fault. I personally over heard him talking to another server and advising that server to tell his table to pay or leave! The man had no people skills and acted like a child. The resturant was a discrace and I will NEVER be eating there AGAIN! Dont go there Dont think of going there...EVER

Family had reservations prior to 7 oclock and were seated on time. Three different wines we wanted were apparently out of bottles but for some reason could get glasses of them. For a restaurant that claims to be a winery, I assume thats not good. Our nacho appetizer took about 45 minutes to get out after about a 20 minute wait to order food. Our meals took between an hour and forty-five to 2 hours after we arrived. The chicken salad had cold chicken and warm lettuce. The lobster maccoroni and cheese in a bread bowl was 85 percent bread, had two pieces of lobster. The only two warm bites were of the lobster which were apparently the reason for the wait. A couple of things were compensated but quite frankly wasnt worth it. Service was okay but the waitress may have been new and seemed scared to serve us from the wait. All that I can hope for was that this was a bad night and future patrons will have better. I do not plan on going here again

My husband and I ate dinner at Little Hills with friends this past Saturday. We wont be returning. Really some negatives, in our opinion: One wine sample per person in a tiny plastic thumbnail "cup"! A $5 house salad is additional with an already expensive meal! Seriously--Three pieces of bread for four of us--served AFTER the salads! Our waitress was much to be desired. She said additional bread was $2.99! Wine was good but way too pricey! We dropped a total of $180. for our meals and a dining experience we should have gotten somewhere else and for less cost. The near-killer (literally) was that I had to take Benadryl after eating my meal (Before being seated, I had asked whether sea salt was used in the entrees and was told it wasnt) and I suffered with hives for 30 hours afterward--in my throat and all over my body. Bad experience! Worse when its nearly fatal. It wouldnt let me post with NO stars.

We took some friends that were visiting us to this place. It was the first visit for all of us. We actually had to ask the buss boy to get us a server after 10 mins. There were tables that sat down 20-30 mins after us and they got their food before us. The server tried to explain the kitchen was hammered, but we think he forgot to put our order in therefore we waited 1.5 hrs to even get our food. We got our food and 2 of us had ordered the EXACT same thing and one was 1/2 the size of the other and missing an ingredient. We asked him to get the missing ingredient and he said he would and went and helped another table before going to get this. We did say something to him and we talked to the manager who was MAYBE 20, and she fixed the error per our request. The food was good but the service wasnt and to have a 20 yr old manager! WOW! We will give them ONE more chance but thats it.
