On top of their being trash all around the statue, we were approached by some drunk guy raving about used golf balls or something. The view was great, the statue impressive, but the environment needs some cleanup.

Great monument! Be careful, shady characters lurking around. Alcohol & drug paraphernalia, trash. Area needs to be cleaned up.
