Occasionally good sculptures are included among the frequently hideous and many more mediocre offerings which invariably win the votes to be purchased and installed by the city. The idea is good, and its nice having sculpture around downtown, but far too many sculptors waste their skills and talents shamelessly pandering to the lowest common denominator in order to sell their work.

Phenomenal art show. Not many downtowns have the same amount of appeal as Mankatos downtown with its sophisticated art pieces on display.
