WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. take your pens out because this requires math, which is not every ones best subject. When you tell someone you want the party package, which covers 5 adults and 10 kids but you also want to add on AT least 20 more kids and they say "thats fine", is it OK to assume they just booked you a party room that holds at least, lets say 35 people ? So day of my daughters birthday we go to check in, and we were told we got a room that holds 20 people. Hmmmm, doesnt sound right to me! Then you GLADLY cancel the party and hold back telling them what they can do with that 50 dollar deposit and leave, call about 20 people to tell them the party is cancelled and will be held at a different location. You get a pathetic call from a manager or supervisor saying YOU misunderstood the party planner, sorry but when I tell someone at least 35 people are coming and they book me a party for 20 people, how is that MY fault ??? Not to mention the whole time the party planner would not even look at me or come talk to me face to face because Im pretty sure she knew she MESSED up! I will never in my life even consider going back for a second shot!

Im not one that complains often but the concession stand was horrible today. I waited 15 minutes for a pretzel and mini donuts and I wasnt the only one waiting. While waiting for my food I observed what was going on . Three boys and one girl. None of them any sense of urgency and there was no organization. I highly recommend you get someone in charge to run a shift and have some sort of system to get the food out. After taking my food upstairs to feed my 2 crying children I realized that my pretzel was cold and hard as a rock. The pretzel cheese was this gross dark grey color. I went downstairs to get my money back only to wait 5 minutes with nobody helping me. I had to ask the female worker to stop talking to her friend behind the counter so I could tell her the problem. I did not feel that by any means she felt bad about the situation. I get it! Youre in high school and you probably dont want to be working but customer service is important . If I was you I would fix this as you will continuously lose money . The maze was packed and fun for the kiddos :).

This is a nice place. The Maple Maze is awesome for kids. It keeps them busy for hours. Theres a nice zero entry pool with a waterslide in one end. It has a couple of water features for younger kids. I havent done the outside pool, but it looks really nice. Well maintained facilities. Nice ice arenas and basketball courts, too. They have a teen center, an outdoor skate park and playground, too. Good place for meetings, as well. I wish theyd get a workout area, but theyre attached to Lifetime Fitness, and they share the pools, so I doubt theyll ever get it as to not step on lifetimes toes.

We went to the maze with our toddler for the first time and the last ever. The place is covered in dust. So dirty. In area for kids under 3, things are broken and actually can cause an injury. All parents of kids older than 3 was on their phones, so the kids went crazy in the play area including the area for babys. They keep on running in and out and knocked one baby down. For the money they receiving , they should clean better and have at least one person in to watch over the play area the whole time. Do not recommend this place for parents with kids under 3.

Really disappointed- play area smells like a dirty gym bag, the chairs provided for guardians to sit are filthy. .. went swimming before the play area and 2/3 family members broke out in a chemical burn (and our skin isnt super sensitive) inquired with a staff about the chlorine levels and was dismissed. The family locker rooms were filthy, and the floor felt like we were standing in fire grates. We were debating getting a membership and glad we decided to try the community center out first before the investment-

A lot of family oriented activities all in one place...Indoor pool with a slide, water rock climbing wall, water Tarzan rope, zero depth entry pool, lap swim, swim lessons, lifeguards. Outdoor pool with lazy river, zero depth entry pool, kiddie slides. They have a snack bar. Outdoor playground. Ice arena with skating lessons. They also have a magnificent indoor playground called The Maple Maze. Great place to host a birthday party or just spend a day with family or friends.

Got a Birthday Package for Maple Maze. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end. Cake was not good. Cupcakes were fine. Jessica was easy to deal with and followed up once before and once after. Maple Maze seemed clean. Kids had fun (ages 3-12.) REALLY wish there was more seating for parents- I had to stand much of the time. Also, many of the seats there were separated, so even though my spouse got a seat, there were no chairs nearby for me.

Staff is awesome. Equipment is awesome. NEVER go on a Friday or Saturday night. We had a birthday party there last week and it was horrendous. It was crowded and ghetto. police came to break up a domestic, other parties were drinking and cussing in front of kids, fights were breaking out. I live in North Minneapolis and the Maple Grove Community Center felt like I never left home.... We will stick to our play in the morning.

I spent all afternoon there this Sunday with my 4 yr old daughter and she loved it. She didnt want to leave. They have an amazing setup... complete with plenty of spacious showers. The locker rooms are complemented by additional family style mini locker rooms complete with showers! The family locker rooms are great for parents with children. They also have a family restroom. All of this for just $7/person.

Went to the pool and indoor playground with my toddler. It was fun to play with her. However the lifeguard on duty kept falling asleep in the chair. There wasnt many people there but it was still concerning to me given that I was with my 2 year old who cant swim and even though I was with her the entire time things happen and the lifeguard should be attentive and watching

Great place all the time. Play area is great for kids of all ages. Pool is amazing since its indoor and outdoor. Theyve got multiple ice rinks and a play area outside. My niece has had birthday parties here and they also host her ice show on an annual basis. Lake in the back I havent walked around but it is definitely a great place you can spend all day

Great variety of water play options for my grandchildren. While the areas of play are small but they had plenty of options to keep them happy.Theres several lifeguards watching all areas of activity. I like the family changing rooms option so i can stay close to ensure their safety.

Too many people crammed in water that was much too chlorinated. My two youngest have been crying all morning that their stomachs hurt. Their eyes are still bright red too. Eww.. The place has the potential to be really nice and it was sad to have this be our first experience.
