There is an older woman that works at the information desk and her customer service skills are pure garbage. She does not know how to speak to people. She is very ignorant and she had the nerve to put her hands over her ears (like a child) when I was talking to her. This woman is like 55-60 years old. She was snotty and rude. I will be contacting her supervisor.

Excellent setup to help improve the community. From filing taxes for free to helping old people get educated about how to use the internet this place has got a variety of services thats being offered. The swimming pool is the most favorite part for the kids!

Great Community center . Kept very clean. Good Gym and courts for basket ball. Clean and well maintained swimming pool. Good pool table. Great conference rooms . some times little noisy with most rooms occupied. Lot needs to be improved in Reception areas.

Best place to workout .Theres no rush at the weights. Pool table , table tennis , basket ball and batminton. They got everything setup. You can use all of them for a very reasonable price . Check it out for sure .

Lots of amenities. Well equipped gym, swimming pool, sports court, snacks, several banquet halls and meeting rooms that can be reserved. Membership is very reasonably priced, with discounts for Troy residents.

The staff has been very friendly, the facilities are clean, and you dont have to wait for use of exercise equipment. The only thing you might have to wait to use is the lap pool...Ill stay a member!
