When I called to ask questions about what to expect when bringing my 2 yr old in for his swim lessons (I was not familiar with the pool area), I ended up speaking with a very unfriendly woman, who kept interrupting me & made me feel, not only like I was wasting her time, but stupid for asking questions at all. When I arrived for our first class, I got to meet the woman I spoke to. She was less than pleasant in person just as she was on the phone. She acted as though I was keeping her from something more important, like drinking her coffee. I get shes probably retired and this is just a job for extra money, but she didnt have to treat me like I was stupid. The only saving grace of that first visit was my sons swim coach. She was super patient with him as he screamed through 25 minutes of the 30 minute class (its a parent-infant 2 yr and under class). I was so upset with how my son was behaving and she would smile and tell me it was ok and I was doing great trying to keep him calm. She even tried taking him from me to see if it would help, it didnt... I appreciated her help. Hopefully our next class will be better.

I would give it a 5 star but residents pay $25 and find it bs that non residents only pay $7 more. Its nice they have a big pool a kids pool and the lazy river but they let kids in the lazy river and people like to be in there to workout in the lazy river I understand they have morning time in lazy river but if you work then come to go in lazy river to relax and workout and you cant because kids get in there and fool around I just dont understand why kids are aloud in there. So barely gets to go in pool so basically I pay $25 to use the gym. If I cant enjoy using the pool plus with the stupid buckets dumping water on you its ridiculous. The place is getting dirty the pool water always tends to have stuff floating in it locker rooms are dirty. And now you have to worry if there is cameras while you change since that recently just happened. Im totally investigating to see where I can find another gym to start going to. Place was so nice 2yrs ago now just going downhill

We went for a birthday party. We had the arcade room with access to the gym. I think that this place was great! I would recommend it for parties for kids ages 5-14.the arcade area had 2 pool tables, an air hockey table and one more game table I cant recall. The gym had basketballs and dodgeballs all ready to play with. The indoor pool area was wonderful. They had an age appropriate area for the little people complete with a few small slides and a huge water dump. They also had a lazy pool and nice big slide for the older kids. Hot tub area is perfect. And the regular pool is great as well. There are plenty of lifeguards on duty and they are very attentive!

I love the facility but some of the crowds that come in there are real rednecks, backwards. I was trying to caring a 2 minutes conversation with my former College professor on the phone but all you heard back was yelling and screaming from these people. You think they have some consideration. Anyway, I told my instructor Id call get back as I got a new permanent full-time job. I thought it was off that I received a temporary band when I am a full year member?!?!? Members dont get bands. Bands are for those who pay daily.

Just had the worst time at the wcc pool. I paid my money and went to the pool with my 1 year old, got us both dressed and walked out and the whole pool was down. Was told to go to the front desk to get a free pass for next time got dressed walked back and the front desk refused to give me a pass and demanded I walk back with my 1 year old and bags to the pool for my free pass . Lady with blonde hair at the front desk was extremely rude!

Warren is not a very wealthy city but we have a wonderful community center. Residents $5, non residents $10. Modern workout facility, hot tub, sauna, steam room, 3 pools & huge waterslide (one caters to small children and the others are family friendly, several swim lanes sectioned off for adults). I have been taking my 11 year old daughter here since she was born. She loves it and your child will too

Great value. I love the workout classes... I have gotten in the best shape! Child care room could use a good cleaning, but you get what you pay for here. Front desk people are kind of rude, true... but I guess they are busy (when theyre not on facebook (yes, we can see your screens)). I bought the year membership and will do again. Pool area is fantastic and staff is wonderful, too.

I love it been paying for membership for both my husband and I for two yrs ,or close to it and yes,have only used it two times, I am so ashamed of that alone! Changing that today, which is why I am on site,cking hours for weekends, going without hubby!!!! He is wonderful, but this is what I need to do to change my life, and change my life is exactly what I plan on doing!!!!

I was very disappointed that i was not in i was very disappointed that i was not informed that the water slide does not open until 5:00 pm on a friday and that children are forbidden to use the hot tub. I paid alot of money for a birthday party and was very upset with the staffs lack of accommodation. I will never come here again!

I love going to the Community Center I have just recently divorced and my son is away at college. This is the only community engagement I have, I am an only child. My inter-mediated family members are anti-social. I always get a chance to meet other people that are really nice.They say excuse me and sorry if they splash you with water.

me with my husband were looking for a gym with daycare so we can go with our one years old son ..this place is Great for family nice pool and gym, good price ,The only thing i didnt like it is the daycare room.it is so dirty ..if your baby not walking yet i do not recommand you to leave him there

On July 25th, my Family was enjoying until feces was found in the pool. As we were preparing to leave, to our surprise someone STOLE all 4 of our towels! Reported to the manager and she said there was nothing she could do. Therefore, I advise everyone o leave their towels in a locker.

My kids had fun at a birthday party there. Very unimpressed with the lifeguard staff. Most of the time they were not paying attention and when an issue was brought to their attention they did absolutely nothing to help. Very disappointed with staff.

Most of the equipment in the gym need replacement ... Very old and breaking down often. Pool area is nice but need to update equipment as well ... Hot tub and steam room out of order often and hard to get warm water in the shower.
