The entrance to the hotel us a bit confusing, but once you get parked and inside the grounds the layout is simple. I went for a wedding that was entirely hosted on the grounds (traditional Indian ceremony, reception, and lodging of all attendees). The facilities were immaculate in terms of cleanliness and the staff very prifessional. The room my dad and I shared was a big two queen bed suite, one room with couch desk flat screen and mini-fridge microwave and keurig area and the other room had the beds a dresser with another flat screen and the bathroom area. One of the most comfortable beds Ive ever slept in, not just hotel beds. And the window air conditioner was easily adjusted with a digital read out to the very cold setting that I prefer. The hot buffet style breakfast in the morning was more that sufficient in its variety and quality. If I had to pick out one thing during the stay that I would improve it would be the water pressure in the shower/the almost nonexistant boundary between somewhat warm water and painfully hot water.

This past weekend I stayed only one night, originally scheduled for 3 nights but Expedia and the manager at Nationwide Hotel canceled my room for 2 out of 3 nights without my authorizations. The original booking with Expedia was for 2 beds, 3 nights and Nationwide could not deliver do to Expedias error. Expedia and Nationwide handled my reservation very poorly left me in a serious bind due to the overwhelming visitors for the Arnold Sports Festival event. I had to find a last minute hotel, paid twice as much and spent nearly 4 hours on the phone!! What a waist of life... The Nationwide Hotel it self is pleasant, clean, breakfast was accommodating to healthy eating and up to par with 4 star standard. Unfortunately, Im not sure if Ill ever use them again... definitely not using Expedia phone booking again! Theyll tell you anything to buy from them.

My husband and I stayed overnight with my 2 young boys. We absolutely loved this hotel. We stayed in a king suite, which was very spacious and well appointed. The room and halls were clean and the breakfast provided many options and was much better than average. The staff were polite and made a great effort to accommodate unforseen needs. We booked this room blindly from a discount site expecting something closer to Polaris, but were more than satisfied. The only reason we wouldnt stay here again is because this lovely establishments regular rates are a little out of our regular travel budget, but the experience we had would make us reconsider our budget if passing this way in the future.

I attended a conference with about 200 people. The main meeting hall was nice and comfortable, but during a break the hallway was WAY too small to accommodate that size group. With having snacks and drinks in the cutout area and prone standing around there was little room to move around. The lunch buffet was very good and well prepared, but you had to walk through the hotel hallways and pass by peoples rooms to get to the food area, or walk outside. Overall, if going for a single session or an event in which there arent any breaks to crowd the halls this would be a good place. If going for a full day event, I would not choose this location again!

We found this hidden gem by way of a deal site. We didnt even know there was a hotel here. It is set back from the highway, and quiet. The appliances and amenities were modern and up to date. The room was very clean. We felt very secure. The staff were friendly and helpful. The fitness center was good enough to actually use with fully functional and well maintained equipment, again the fitness room was clean, both hygienically and uncluttered. The restaurant with breakfast bar was two buffet bars worth of options, including omelette station. Id definitely stay here again, and recommend to others.

We stayed at the green meadows columbus ohio location. We were there for my sons wedding and also spent the night. Caroline was The Wedding Planner and she was fantastic she took care of every need. The wedding was beautiful and the venue was perfect. We had to go from outside to inside due to the weather forecast. This was taken care of with no issues. We could not have been happier with my sons wedding. All the staff was great to work with and everyone had a smile. Thank you so much for making my sons day extra special. Ken and Tammy Smith

Beautiful grounds and landscaping! I visited in the Spring of this year and I loved all the roses and the water fountains out back. Rooms are very clean and comfortable beds. The entire hotel is beautiful and deserving of 5 stars. The free breakfast was amazing; take advantage of it, because it was delicious! Their customer service was incredible! I had a wonderful stay and would not stay anywhere else if I visit that area again!! Its worth the price. It made my vacation. Thank you for being there!!

Beautiful hotel. The only problems we had were minor. The room we got had a balcony and the dead bolt on the door was missing. The maintenance man came up in 15 minutes and told us we were being moved to the room next door. The light in the bathroom would time out.....Maybe a short? We were there one night and didnt notice it until showering the next morning. The room was comfortable and very clean. I wish the bathroom had an exhaust fan. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

I rented a room and attended a conference at the Lewis center oh location. The room was very nice and clean. During the conference the bathroom outside the conference room was out of order and the dining services was not prepared when the conference took the scheduled lunch break. The dining service attendant stated that we were 20 minutes early. The food that was served for lunch was great and good quality for a buffet. The overall experience at the conference center was great.

Very nice conference center with great food. What I found disappointing was that although we were provided with many choices of bottled and canned beverages during the conference, there was not one recycling container. All those beverage containers are recyclable, but they were all going into the trash as far as I know. I would have been very impressed had the hotel/conference center promoted recycling and been setting an example for the others in the greater Columbus area.

Horrible! $35 a plate and the food was disgusting and served cold, and undergone. 2 slices of dried out pork medallions or equally as dry burnt singular peanut encrusted chicken breast. $15 for children plate= 1 slice of pizza, and burnt fries. I dont know why my family continues to use this conference center for our family reunion roundup luncheon. The womans bathroom had not been clean. No paper towel, fingerprints, waterstain, and unclean toilets. Not recommended.

Ive written a more thorough review on Trip-Advisor. In short, the place is clean and pretty, but I had troubles with the staff and my reservation was wrong but I was told "Oh, you booked online, we dont guarantee online reservations," Food was average. AC worked well but was really loud. Pools were in good shape (need paint stripe on end of stairs in indoor pool). It was "OK," but I wouldnt go out of my way to stay here again.
