My fiance and I visited the facility twice when looking for wedding venues. The facility is quite pretty and would have met our needs. I was very disappointed in customer service, however. I have worked in customer service for 12 years. I am very tolerant of mishaps and breaks in communication, almost to a fault. But this was terrible from the start. I emailed the banquet organizer for a week straight trying to make an appointment to simply tour the facility. The whole time, the assistant was responding to me. It was only once I expressed my displeasure that the banquet organizer jumped in and made it a priority to put my name in the books 2 weeks later. Once I wanted a revisit and looked like I would be putting money down I was the first priority and she made no issues about scheduling me only days ahead of the appointment, this time. Finally, when I emailed her only a couple of weeks later to confirm that I was moving our wedding back and asked how far out they book events I never heard back. At the time they were the best option and we were going to book with them. A couple of weeks later, my fiance called and left a message with his contact details and we havent heard anything since. This has now been 2 months. I cannot trust to book something like a wedding at a place that has such poor communication and customer service. We have since found another venue.

Attended my friends wedding reception here. The service was amazing. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The food was very good during dinner and the bar staff knew quite a lot of drinks. Even saw a few of the wait staff dancing to the music in an appropriate manner and they even got a photo in the photo booth at the request of the bride and groom. Highly recommend this location for formal events.

Good course but hasnt been maintained well in 2014 and 2015. Used to have navigation carts but were removed. Has 3 distinguished 9s: Lakes has a lot of water and fantastic views of beautiful Michigan. Woods is self explanatory. Meadows is a bit shorter and more forgiving but has fun and challenging greens with undulations. Fun course for the price but I wish they maintained it a bit better.

After working here for 4 years I can say that this place has definitely improved. The maintenance staff improved dramatically and has finally got the course up to a higher standard. Greens and Fairways have improved and would definitely recommend.

Went here for a work event. The power was out in the bar which was weird... but for the most part it was great. The golf course itself is nice, its very well-kept and neat. There are a lot of places that are very scenic.

Beautiful location for a wedding... They shuttle guests out to a private ceremony site. The outdoor patio is nice and separated by a wall of windows so guests were never too far from the party, the food was good as well.

Fun, nice course. Dont really have any complaints. Although I do not know the pricing as I was paid for, but the staff was friendly, the course was beautiful and relatively well maintained.

Good banquet hall, and I have loyalty to the associated "campground," and the golf course is okay as well with moderate pricing and good sunset golf rates.

Its not worth $42 for 18. The picture I posted is a good example of what you may encounter in late June. Almost every green was in bad shape.

This course has it all between its 27 holes and its pretty well maintained. For the price you wont find anything better around here.

Very challenging yet affordable golf course. When playing the Lakes, make sure you have extra balls.
