Wings was NOT prepared in anyway to host the middle school, 6th grade and under and 3rd grade and under MYWAY Team Wrestling Duels. The line WAS HUGE and backed up through the parking lot, there were not enough doors open to pay admission, as a result the event was delayed and kids separated to go in w/ coaches so parents could wait in line. Then if you had mat 4 you couldnt see your kids very well or even get a decent photo of your kid going for a State Championship title. Then there were no coolers and an inadequate amount of staff working concessions. I waited as soon as my kid finished his match for chicken tenders and missed his second match as I had to wait for then to cook and of course nobody let me know I would wait until after ordering from the highly over-priced concession stand. aThe restrooms were also poorly tended to, and unclean. I am very hopeful MYWAY does not host future events here.

Worst concert venue Ive been to. Dirty, trashy, terrible acoustics, and packed in like sardines. Dont bother paying top dollar for front row seats, like I did. Security guard (who comes to work wearing house slippers) just let people from all over the stadium come push up in front of me against the stage railing. Absolutely ruined the experience of seeing my favorite artist, whom Ive seen several other times in nicer venues. The clientele was pure redneck trash. The guy next to me was clearly tweaking on something and couldnt hold his hands or legs still and kept bumping into me. Must have traded all his meth for the $100 ticket. Everyone else was drunk and spilling beer all over. Keep in mind,this was in the most expensive section. Avoid this place at all costs. May be a decent hockey arena, but for a concert its the worst.

Echo Location

A big THANKS (sarcasm) to the Wings Stadium staff member I left a message with this past weekend about the fact that 2 members of my family had some sort of stomach illness within 24 hrs of eating the same thing from the Wings concession stand. I will leave that persons name out of this review but I would have, at the very least, appreciated my phone call being returned - just to check in and make sure my family members were feeling better. Lesson learned on the food AND customer service, and WONT be going to another K-Wings anytime soon! Slappy - we still love you though!

I went to the Indy vs Kwing game and had such a good time seeing them play. I love the Green Ice game. The only thing i didnt like was the "Goal Sucks" song being chanted after every goal that was scored. I believe that good sportsmanship should be followed by all fans and players. The chanting and the comments of their record (Indy Fuel) ....motivated them to win. We should be motivating our team and fans with positive words. I hope that next time i come back i see this within the fans and maybe the Kwings would have come out on top!!!

We went to the "I love the 90s" concert and they were not prepared at all. It was 90+ degrees and everyone was complaining and they didnt do anything about it and said it was because there was no ice in the arena......... Did you not realize there was not going to be ice during the concert????? You should realize how much people and families do to attend to only have a horrible experience. I saw more EMTs running after people from heat exhaustion than I did the concert.

Small venue but they really do all they can there. Parking is 5$ for the hockey game but you see it put back into the stadium one example is the Jumbotron. Its huge and awesome. I wish we could pack the place like we used too. I love watching the Kwings and enjoying the realistic beer prices. Even the food has come a long way, I had the walking taco this April 2017 and it was delicious. You wont be disappointed if youre a fan of supporting the community.

Great place but showing its age. Been there for many concerts and while the acoustics are challenging, parking is fairly easy to get in and out of. The "Christmas at Wings" event is well organized and massively attended. Crazy how packet it was but the layout for booths is done well and they have set-up and break-down down to a science.

Went to Wings to see the Amy Schmur show. Trying to get to Wings was a nightmare. All roads backed up for miles!!! They had no one directing traffic into the area so it was a crazy disaster.

Wings stadium has very friendly staff and is always clean. The improvements could be the frequency of events and more of a variety of events. Overall, great family oriented event center.

Great place to see a hockey game. Not a bad seat in the small arena. Concessions can be a little slow, but they really go all out to provide a good night of entertainment

Went for a concert. Had a freaking blast despite the concourse being smoked out due to the placement of the smoking area. Other than that it was a good venue for a concert.

Lee Brice concert was awesome. Great venue for concerts because of the smaller size. Had in the back seats and they were fine. Hope they have more concerts soon.

Saw my first KWINGS game last week. Plenty of options for snacks and drinks (Pst-the Margarita was horrible) but great prices for a family event

I was here for the Kalamazoo marathon Expo and was impressed with the facility. Very clean and vendors had plenty of room to set up their stands

Attended Kalamazoo craft beer festival here, the place is old, but in decent shape, and the festival was a ton of fun.

Changed the concert to General Admission upon arrival. Hotter than hot with seemingly non functioning air conditioning

Awesome place to watch bands. Might not be the best sound, but larger acts come through here which is cool.
