Just had my daughters reception at the Fountains. The food and atmosphere were wonderful. The general staff was efficient and for the most part friendly. However some of the "management" was rude and not helpful at all. We met and signed the "contract" almost a year ago... in which time they continuously "changed the rules"... even as little as two weeks before the wedding date we met with the Fountains, the only unexpected change was the bridesmaids could no longer change there... but the Bride, MOH, and MOB could. We could deal with tha, it was not worth arguing over. An hour before the ceremony at Kindleburger Park a male manager told us he was locking the doors and we would all have to vacate the building. When asked where the bride was supposed to wait for that hour... he simply said we should have made arrangements with the local library. Since our "contract" gave us the right to wait in the upstairs room... we waited. So I cant stress enough.... GET IT IN WRITING. They will not honor a "verbal contract." We were also told the "time" would start when the wedding party entered the reception. It did not. They started clearing the tables of centerpieces early making the guests feel they had to leave early. They even refused a final glass of wine for the Bride because the "bar was closed". They had her in tears. Not a good way to end your special day. We paid for an addition early hour so the older guests would not have to wait in the hot sun while pictures were taken. We even had an groomsman who was in the bathroom locked inside the building setting off an alarm because the remaining two workers were in such a hurry to leave. Wonderful time... Yes, Stress free... No.

What an awesome staff to work with at this venue! Rhonda was kind and very accommodating. The staff there helpful and timely in the service. The venue is very clean and the food fantastic! This place is absolutely amazing! The staff goes above and beyond to make sure your day is perfect. The day of my wedding, it rained all day. They quickly set up the room to accommodate the ceremony and quickly transformed it to hold the reception without any issues. The food was beyond amazing. Everyone had a fantastic time, and I would highly recommend the Fountains to anyone.

I had my daughters wedding at the fountains and it was wonderful. The management and staff were more than accommodating when the weather turned to rain. They quickly set up the room so we could hold the ceremony inside the hall. Highly recommend The Fountains outstanding food and service.

My sister had her reception after the wedding here, the building itself is nice, the staff was extremely rude however, and shorted them time, almost two hours. I wouldnt recomend to anyone.
