Weve used 314 Exchange many times for everything from rehearsal space to wedding venue and reception to space to have Holiday parties and gathering. Each time weve been thrilled with the charm and flexibility of the location. Its located right next to the central park for added green space and room to move around in. Weve used the kitchen and found its 2 stoves to come in handy for large groups. They also have parking outside and down the street. We would and have recommended the location to friends and family.

I have attended a number of events at 314, including a rehearsal dinner, a wedding reception, and a Mothers Day brunch. It is a terrific setting that is beautifully decorated and impeccably maintained. The 314 management does a phenomenal job--highly recommended!
