Completely awful experience, talked to the staff prior to coming and the lady I talked to mentioned the rates are 4 dollars per game (didnt express that the rates are per person). once we got to colonial lanes the lady disgraced us by asking if we even knew how to bowl because of how were trying to express what the lady told us. ended up paying $44 dollars for "6 games" and brought 4 people along, we get into the 2nd game halfway through and and it shuts off. we talk to the staff and the owner was very rude and wouldnt give us any kind of compensation, so all we asked were to finish our Second game and she charged us 8 dollars. We will never go to colonial lanes again and you can get better rates and lanes at Galaxy Lanes!

Ive been practicing there for sometime now and everyone working are very cool and down to earth. But there have been several occasions where the manager(owners son) is rude, show lack of professionalism, shows a discriminative attitude and totally doesnt know how to be a host of a business. I am asking everyone that host a tournaments there to seek else where until we see a total %100 change in the business. Also needs to renovate the place.

The place is rundown and over priced. Was charged incorrectly for my family of 4. Paid for what I asked for 2 games for 4 people wirh 3 shoe rentals(I brought my own sboes) and it ended up they only gave us one game. Manager ckaimed I told them 2 games for 2 people. (Wonder why I rented 3 pairs of shoes then......) Manager said I had to pay for another game....we left. Wont come back.

New Bartender and Bar-Back = No Sense Rather than go into details about how they didnt even bother to carry any Irish Whiskey or Bourbon, but I was told several times throughout the night they were getting it from the back.

Lady was rude . Was waiting in line going to pay for a few games and she put me as last priority and had other people cut in front of me after waiting like a half hour so I told the lady I was never coming back and I left.

There on a Friday nite,no kareoke like they advertised there would be. So the sat - Fri kareoke isnt true. So we left which we were half of all the people there making it two people left. Totally dead.

The lanes are well kept and the environment is chill. They also have a bar area that has karaoke and sometimes live bands. Their prices are good and they have some local brews on tap.

Local family fun. Game room, bowling, banquet room for parties, bar with karaoke. Summer time outside volleyball with bar. Just a good time.
