The lanes would always mess up. You dont Necessarily bowl in the lane assigned. You have to look at the arrows which wasnt explained. Sometimes it will skip peoples turns. It will give your points to other people. When you are supposed to bowl a second time, and say you knock down 3 pins the first time, the pins will reset and you will get a 0 for the second roll. The guy behind the counter to get shoes is a real jerk, he blames it on you even though its obviously a flawed system. We got a 3rd game because our 2nd game was jacked and during the third game he stopped it half way through and turned it off. The food and drinks are expensive, but the guy behind the food counter is nice. Over all expirence was absolutely terrible and I wasted my money. I wont ever go again.

NEVER AGAIN !!! First of all upon arriving at the desk was greeted rudely with a " what do you need". We were put on lane # 10. The pinsetter kept dropping pin # 3 over & over again. On top of this...the ball return kept malfunctioning...girls at desk seemed bothered when going up there. The ball return dented and scratched & gouged our bowls terribly bad!!!! Our balls were like new when we started. VERY DISAPPOINTING. House is dirty and dingy. Doesnt look like they care much on the overall "appearance" of the place. Went there to spend a Sunday afternoon of enjoyment..only to leave very pissed. Too many other bowling alleys in the general area to ever waste your money at this one again. Oh...even the "GROUPON" coupon didnt make our experience any better.

So I got an amazing deal/coupon from Groupon this past week and planned to use it today for my sons birthday.... only to find out theyre closed today due to their summer hours!!!! Why would you NOT want to be open on a weekend especially for the summer? I work Monday-Friday and my son is usually with his dad on weekends, not to mention its hard to even get the family together. Now Im stuck with this six pk bowling package that I cant even use and have to scramble to find something else to do on this stormy day :( .

Excellent place to hang out with the gang. This place has a little bit of everything from food to drinks and a great staff. Lanes a maintained daily by the owner himself and he can bowl with me and you up to the "big boys" the big stage! Come up and meet good people and make new friends, celebrate a birthday or annaversity etc..

Stood at the counter for 20minutes while the workers sat at the table in front of the counter and just looked at me.......but as soon as I walk off and a white person goes to the counter they get up and assistants them.........I guess my money/ questions/ inquiries are not welcomed here....#JOKE

they gave us lane 36 which worked on the first frame then the score board stop updating. after 20 minutes of that we asked to switch to another lane that had the same issue. the place is under staffed. I came to have fun but left frustrated. good thing galaxy lanes was near by

Wow what a joke, get a Groupon coupon and it cant be used on the weekends and then they arent even open Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. Very convenient NOT!! Havent even got to step foot in the place and I dont think I will be looking at the other reviews. Ill stick with Galaxy.

Its a big bowling alley and never seem like we are wanted there. Came in curbing league once and when my daughter was looking for the bathroom, my daughter was knocked down Bc she was in the way. Never coming back!!

Dont waste your time If you like rampant disorganization and partially working 80s monitors, ball returns and pin machines that freeze all the time, this place is for you.

Great Tuesday night bowling league. The building and lanes are kept in great condition. Staff is friendly and helpful. The bar and kitchen leave a lot to be desired.
