I recently had my wedding there and overall it was a beautiful setting and turned out great. The staff does a great job of getting everything together and also set up everything for us. It was great not worrying about that on my wedding day. Its also an intimate setting, with nice lighting, large windows for natural lighting and a fire place. There were some downfalls working with the event coordinator and staff there, though. 1. The coordinator, Jennifer was not the friendliest person to work with. When asking questions or emailing back and forth, she was short, seemed irritated and rarely addressed me by name. She was somewhat unpredictable, at times she was nice and other times, she seemed to not want to work with me. 2. We got the best package you could get and paid a lot of money - that being said, we didnt receive everything we paid for, and there was not compensation or apology when we addressed that with the coordinator. We were supposed to receive a champagne toast for the head table, that did not happen. We paid for passed appetizers during cocktail hour, we had to ask when they were coming out and then they came out a half hour late and only a few trays were being passed. We did not feel we got the whole benefit there. 3. When we had our tasting, the chef that was going to prepare our meal at the wedding, did not at the tasting, so we didnt really get a feel for what the food was going to be like. Though, the food was excellent at the wedding. 4. We were told we could take home food if some guests did not show up the at the reception. We had three people not show up and and when we asked about boxing up the food at the end of the night, we were told we could not because of code. It would have been nice if they let us know this since we were originally told we could. 5. The coordinator, Jennifer was not there the night of the wedding, so we felt since I was working with her throughout the whole process, things could have been avoided. Her assistant Jerry was great to work with, but seemed out of the loop on items Jennifer and I discussed. 6. We paid for a full, premium bar. They were out of several beers when I ordered. We were told there would be thirty different beers available - I had to ask for three different beers because they did not have most available. Again, I did not feel we got the full benefit here and this would not have been an issue if we were not promised this or if we did not pay for it. 7. Instead of having an actual bar, they had servers get drinks for guest. David, the waiter for the head table was phenomenal! I cant speak for the other tables, but he was really helpful and always brought us extra drinks so we had a drink at all times. Other pros: 1. Food was great 2. Service night - of was excellent 3. The venue is beautiful 4. They set-up and tore down almost everything 5. We asked for the ceiling to be dusted (There were clumps of dust when we viewed the venue) and they took care of it, not without asking a few times though. Overall, it was a beautiful night and went off without problems for our guests, which is the important thing, but I do have to say for the amount of money that was paid, things could have been tightened up and a bit. We were very accommodating to the venue and followed their rules, but felt we were a bother at times, when we were a paying customer. I am glad though this did not reflect on the night of (minus cocktail hour) and this was more of a behind the scenes problem.

Great club house, challenging 9 hole layout from the tips, but multiple sets of tees to make it reasonable for varying levels of golfers. Pace of play the vast majority of the time is very good - I usually play 9 in 90 minutes Defiantly not for a beginner unless you dont mind losing a lot of balls while learning. Moderately priced for a private course, with great staff.

Excellent food, family atmosphere, challenging but fun 9 hole golf, friendly staff. informal bar and formal dining room. Convenient to I-75. Pool is nice but a little small.Tennis great.. Gary, Jeff and staff very friendly and helpful. Beautiful grounds and landscaping. Very upscale!!

Disappointed with the banquet service of this location. We had sent a contract over for an event, and they had "accidentally" double booked with another event that increased their numbers last minute. Completely unprofessional -- I expected a lot more from this location.

Every Monday is lobster night, tuesdays perch and 50 cents chicken wings, wednesdays prime rib and Thursdays is thanksgiving all year round also is liver and onion night.
