When we arrived at the theater some one was sitting in our seats, this theater has assigned seating. By the time a manager was able to free up our seats for us we had missed the first 15 minutes if the movie, so we requested a refund. Now, I understand its not the theaters fault that people cant figure out how assigned seating works, but their reaction and compensation was unacceptable. I work In customer service and understand that when a guest has a bad experience you need to go above and beyond to fix their experience and ensure that they will return. They offered us replacement tickets for a future visit, because we purchased out tickets through fandango they could not refund the purchase. This doesnt cover the service charge or drive to the mall, so in the end not only is our night ruined, but we are out $5 and a 20 min drive. This is unacceptable customer service. The staff just wanted to get us out the way as fast as possible and wasnt actually concerned with fixing the problem. In the future Ill drive to AMC.

It is a nice theater, chairs that recline, service is nice, smaller theaters and you even get to pick your own seats and see how full it is. The sounds and visuals were very good, Id suggest this to a friend as something to do if youre nearby. My only complains came from my personal experience. I had purchased tickets online and was charged $1.50 per ticket, which demolished the purpose of purchasing them online instead of at the theater. Also, if you bring bags in, just know that they will search it out of those recent horror stories. Other than that, it has greatly improved from what it was before.

Great movie theater. However I was in there the other day and I needed to use the bathroom and they wouldnt let me unless I had a ticket. I am not sure if Im just being over sensitive. though I can walk into any other store in the mall and use their bathroom without purchasing something. It just seems weird to me. Especially since I frequently see movies there and pay them money. Lastly the assigned seating thing is a little strange. Makes me feel like Im in grade school again. Other than that this is a great place with great staff!

I went today with my mother and daughter which is quite a treat for us due to having a tight budget. It was clean, popcorn was great and the seating is super comfortable. The problem was the movie was SOOOO loud all three of us had to watch it with our fingers in our ears. I got up in the beginning to let them know and nothing was adjusted. $60 for a matinee for 3 people and no one seemed to care. I will travel to showcase next time.

Such a great movie theater! My favorite of all time! The staff are absolutely very nice and friendly, and some recognize me whenever I wave hi and/or sometimes be even asked what movie I watched after the movie for small talk. This is why I frequent this theater very often. The recliners are great and so are the refreshments! Also, the bathrooms are clean and so are the auditoriums. Will often go back for sure as usual!

The new makeover places the Regal cinemas on part with newer built facilities. They now offers stadium seating with reclining leather chairs and a more upscale atmosphere. Overall the experience is pretty good for a local theater loacated milea away from its big city and stadium competitors.

This place has good sound and picture quality and the seating was also comfortable I only have one complaint and that is that I wish there was more to choose from at the snack bar maybe something along the lines of sandwiches instead of just junk food and popcorn.

Bad managers service , they charge me for 2 adults and 1 child ask why the answer because 11 years old consider adult really , charge me for 3d when the movie start at 6:45 I was in the place at 7:00 to see the movie at 7:15 why offer something the start early

Very Dirty. The person at the consessions stand was rude as I was buying for 5 people and kept asking are you done I need my break. I will no longer give buissness to regal but from now on I will only go to showcase cinemas. I have never had an issue their.

couple next to us were on top of each other entire movie, kicking us. teens behind us smelt like weed. there was a baby, of about 6months to a year old in an R rated movie. Moral of the story, go during the week and during the day.

Comfortable recliner seats, spacious theatre, clean, never have to wait long in line...Can oder tickets online or use self-service kiosk too. Plenty of parking and bathrooms are roomy and clean. Enjoyable place to catch a movie.

New improvements to the theatre are much welcomed. Used to feel overpriced seeing a movie here, but now I think its worth it. With my seat fully reclined people can still walk in front of me without me needing to move my feet.

Went to view the Bye Bye Man . Way too many children running around, roudy, no parental supervision, talking and playing games in their phones. One of the worst movie experiences of my life.

Great renovation! They now have all reclining seats and all seats are preassigned. We used to avoid this theater but now it is our first choice.
