First off I hate the fact I have to give this a 1 star! This venue should be avoided by ticket buyers and ARTISTS unless you dont mind being ripped off! Artists DONT GET PAID when they play here AND ticket buyers well your money is taken and put in pockets of the owners so to speak. Its ironic the website states " number one priority is safety and enjoyment of all our guests while adhering to state & local laws and liquor commission regulations". So does the state and local laws allow venues such as this one to NOT PAY their artists? If you think Im blowing this out of my ying yang just ask artist Lee DeWyze who played at this venue and never got paid!! This is downright illegal and deplorable! NO ARTIST should waste their time or effort playing here not to mention airfare and hotel expenses that were most likely incurred by Lee DeWyze. Having said all this I just want other artists out there to beware of this venue!! Dont say we didnt warn you!!!

Well kept and clean establishment. Staff was friendly. Restrooms were clean, which was a huge plus, most clubs have unusually dirty restrooms. On the downside, the VIP ticket holders were let in 90 minutes later than promised (we were supposed to be in for sound check and "drink specials"). We missed almost all of that. There were no "drink specials" (but there was a good selection of beer and spirits). All in all, it was a great night, despite the delays. I would definitely go to another event there. I wont blame the venue for the delays, these things occasionally happen, and the night went on and was enjoyed by myself and my party. The short version: •Excellent, clean, will kept establishment •Unexpected Delays, which I wont hold against the staff (as these things can happen) •Had a great time •Would go back

Im writing this review because to express my disgust the venue did not pay Lee DeWyze that played a show here. They took money people paid for tickets and Meet & Greet and pocketed the money. They refused to pay him and refuse to respond to him. They dont deserve the one star..This is a horrible way to treat artists who play in the venue. I wonder what happened to the money he should have been paid. A heads up to any bands or musicians..

Very trashy and they charge you for bottled water while refusing to give you tap water. About 15 people there on a friday night, it seems like a sinking ship. Never heard of any of the acts that play there either. Ive been there 4-5 times and its always disappointing.

Very clean, reasonable prices, and the sound is just amazing. Very impressed with the local and national talent being booked into this venue. Manchester needs a great place for music and Jewel Music Venue is doing a fine job. Cant wait for Faster Pussycat on 7/31

Solid spot to check out local and national music acts. Great bartenders, AMAZING sound, and great spot to hang out. Very intimate. Youll no doubt be able to see the bands after to have drinks and talk with. Very reasonably priced tickets too.

Very large and nice venue. The bartenders are great and very friendly. Plenty of bathrooms and seating. On occasion they order pizza that can be seveed at the bar, but its a night to night basis.

3rd or 4th show Ive seen here, cool place got the PBRs usually less then $25 bucks to get in, good looking staff!! Rock & Roll!!
